Bu g\u00f6revler, planlanm\u0131\u015f ki\u015fisel kariyer hedeflerinden \u00e7ok, mesleki sorumluluk duygusunun ve d\u00f6nemin ihtiya\u00e7lar\u0131n\u0131n do\u011fal bir sonucu olarak \u015fekillendi.<\/p>\n<p>Bu yaz\u0131, ki\u015fisel deneyimlerden hareket eden ancak oda\u011f\u0131 bireysel an\u0131lar de\u011fil, kurumsal d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm ve bilimsel yakla\u015f\u0131m olan bir de\u011ferlendirme yaz\u0131s\u0131d\u0131r. Yaln\u0131zca bilimle u\u011fra\u015fman\u0131n yeterli olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131; ayn\u0131 zamanda mesle\u011fin gelece\u011fini savunman\u0131n, kurumsal yap\u0131lar\u0131 g\u00fc\u00e7lendirmenin ve do\u011fru bildiklerini s\u00f6yleme cesareti g\u00f6stermenin gerekti\u011fi bir d\u00f6nemde yaz\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc bilimsel \u00fcretimin niteli\u011fi, bireysel \u00e7abalar\u0131n \u00f6tesinde, kurumlar\u0131n uzun vadeli ilkeleriyle, de\u011ferleriyle geli\u015ftirilebilir ve korunabilir.<\/p>\n<p>KL\u0130M\u0130K Derne\u011fi, kuruldu\u011fu ilk g\u00fcnden beri kongre ve toplant\u0131lar d\u00fczenleyen bir uzmanl\u0131k derne\u011fi olman\u0131n \u00f6tesinde; bilimi rehber alan, etik de\u011ferleri ve kurumsal haf\u0131zay\u0131 korumaya \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan, nitelikli bilimsel \u00fcretimi destekleyen ve \u201cvasata teslim olmamak\u201d ilkesiyle hareket eden bir yap\u0131 olmu\u015ftur. Bu nedenle bu yaz\u0131da amac\u0131m\u0131z, yap\u0131lan faaliyetlerin kronolojik bir d\u00f6k\u00fcm\u00fcn\u00fc sunmak de\u011fil; edinilen deneyimleri, kar\u015f\u0131la\u015f\u0131lan g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fckleri ve kurumsal d\u00fczeyde \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131lan dersleri payla\u015fmakt\u0131r. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc bir uzmanl\u0131k derne\u011finin ger\u00e7ek de\u011feri, yaln\u0131zca bug\u00fcn yapt\u0131klar\u0131yla de\u011fil, gelece\u011fe b\u0131rakabildi\u011fi bilimsel ve d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnsel mirasla da \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcl\u00fcr.<\/p>\n<h3><b>Bir D\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm D\u00f6nemi olarak 2000\u2019li Y\u0131llar: \u0130ntaniyeden \u0130nfeksiyon Hastal\u0131klar\u0131na<\/b><\/h3>\n<p>2000\u2019li y\u0131llar\u0131n ba\u015f\u0131nda T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de infeksiyon hastal\u0131klar\u0131 ve klinik mikrobiyoloji alan\u0131 \u00f6nemli bir d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm s\u00fcrecinden ge\u00e7iyordu. Alan\u0131m\u0131z k\u00f6kl\u00fc bir ge\u00e7mi\u015fe sahip olsa da; modern tan\u0131 y\u00f6ntemleri, hastane infeksiyonlar\u0131 y\u00f6netimi, ara\u015ft\u0131rma altyap\u0131s\u0131 ve uluslararas\u0131 ili\u015fkiler a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan gidecek \u00e7ok yolumuz vard\u0131. Geleneksel \u201cintaniye\u201d yakla\u015f\u0131m\u0131ndan, multidisipliner ve ara\u015ft\u0131rma odakl\u0131 modern \u201cinfeksiyon hastal\u0131klar\u0131\u201d anlay\u0131\u015f\u0131na do\u011fru bir ge\u00e7i\u015f ya\u015fan\u0131yordu. Ankara Numune E\u011fitim ve Ara\u015ft\u0131rma Hastanesi, bu de\u011fi\u015fimin \u00f6nemli merkezlerinden biriydi. D\u00f6nemin ba\u015fhekimi Prof. Dr. Osman M\u00fcft\u00fco\u011flu\u2019nun giri\u015fimiyle Pittsburgh \u00dcniversitesi T\u0131p Fak\u00fcltesi ile i\u015f birli\u011fi anla\u015fmas\u0131 yap\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131. Bu kapsamda 2000 y\u0131l\u0131nda \u201cHastane Enfeksiyonlar\u0131\u201d konusunda d\u00fczenlenen toplant\u0131ya, halen alan\u0131m\u0131zda aktif olarak \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan Prof. David Paterson, Prof. Lee Harrison ve Prof. Carlene Muto da kat\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131. Bu ortam yaln\u0131zca bilgi aktar\u0131m\u0131 sa\u011flamad\u0131; bilimsel d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnme bi\u00e7imimizi de de\u011fi\u015ftirdi. Ben de bu d\u00f6nemde, birka\u00e7 ba\u015far\u0131s\u0131z ba\u015fvurunun ard\u0131ndan kazand\u0131\u011f\u0131m Sa\u011fl\u0131k Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 bursuyla 2000 y\u0131l\u0131nda ABD\u2019ye gittim. Bir y\u0131l i\u00e7in planlad\u0131\u011f\u0131m bu s\u00fcre\u00e7 3 y\u0131la uzad\u0131 ve 2003 y\u0131l\u0131nda T\u00fcrkiye\u2019ye d\u00f6nd\u00fcm. Bu deneyim bana yaln\u0131zca bilimsel bilgi de\u011fil; g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc kurumlar\u0131n, s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclebilir akademik k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fcn ve ekip \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmas\u0131n\u0131n bilimsel \u00fcretimdeki belirleyici rol\u00fcn\u00fc de g\u00f6sterdi. T\u00fcrkiye\u2019ye d\u00f6nd\u00fc\u011f\u00fcmde bilimsel geli\u015fim i\u00e7in kurumsal d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcmlerin gerekli oldu\u011funa inan\u0131yordum.<\/p>\n<h3><b>KL\u0130M\u0130K Y\u00f6netim Kurulu Deneyimi<\/b><\/h3>\n<p>T\u00fcrkiye gibi \u00fclkelerde yaln\u0131zca bilim \u00fcretmek yeterli de\u011fildir. Mesle\u011finizi icra ederken ayn\u0131 zamanda onun sorunlar\u0131yla m\u00fccadele etmek, bilimsel standartlar\u0131 korumak ve mesle\u011fin gelece\u011fine sahip \u00e7\u0131kmak zorunda kal\u0131rs\u0131n\u0131z. \u00c7o\u011fu zaman \u201cneden yap\u0131lm\u0131yor?\u201d diye yak\u0131nmak yerine sorumluluk almak gerekir.<\/p>\n<p>T\u00fcrkiye\u2019ye d\u00f6nd\u00fckten sonra \u00f6zellikle K\u0131r\u0131m-Kongo Kanamal\u0131 Ate\u015fi (KKKA), bruselloz ve t\u00fcberk\u00fcloz alanlar\u0131nda \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar y\u00fcr\u00fctt\u00fcm. Ancak zamanla, bilimsel ilerlemenin yaln\u0131zca bireysel akademik \u00e7abalarla s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclemeyece\u011fini daha net g\u00f6rmeye ba\u015flad\u0131m. Bu toplant\u0131 vesilesiyle haz\u0131rlad\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z <i>\u0130stanbul\u2019un T\u0131p Tarihi \u0130\u00e7in Gezi Rehberi<\/i> ba\u015fl\u0131kl\u0131 kitap (G\u00d6RSEL 3: Kitap kapa\u011f\u0131) ise derne\u011fimizin ilk \u0130ngilizce yay\u0131n\u0131 oldu. Daha sonra ESCMID ile birlikte <i>Acinetobacter<\/i> infeksiyonlar\u0131, bruselloz ve influenza konular\u0131nda ortak toplant\u0131lar d\u00fczenledik.<\/p>\n<p>2011 y\u0131l\u0131nda Prof. Dr. Haluk Eraksoy\u2019un \u201cBug\u00fcn de\u011filse ne zaman?\u201d \u00e7a\u011fr\u0131s\u0131yla Alpay Azap ile birlikte y\u00f6netim kuruluna aday oldum. Yo\u011fun klinik ve akademik \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma temposuna ra\u011fmen \u00f6nce genel sekreterlik, ard\u0131ndan ba\u015fkanl\u0131k g\u00f6revlerini \u00fcstlendim. O y\u0131llar i\u00e7in Atat\u00fcrk\u2019\u00fcn \u201cDinlenmemek \u00fczere yola \u00e7\u0131kanlar asla yorulmazlar\u201d s\u00f6z\u00fc, yap\u0131lmas\u0131 gerekti\u011fine inan\u0131lan i\u015fler kar\u015f\u0131s\u0131nda sorumluluk alma anlay\u0131\u015f\u0131n\u0131 temsil ediyordu ve adeta bizi anlat\u0131yordu.<\/p>\n<h3><b>G\u00f6n\u00fcll\u00fcl\u00fck, \u015eeffafl\u0131k ve Kaynaklar\u0131n Y\u00f6netimi<\/b><\/h3>\n<p>KL\u0130M\u0130K Derne\u011fi, kurulu\u015fundan itibaren demokratik se\u00e7imleri, \u015feffaf y\u00f6netim anlay\u0131\u015f\u0131 ve kurumsal s\u00fcreklili\u011fe verdi\u011fi \u00f6nemle \u00fclkemizde \u00f6rnek g\u00f6sterilebilecek uzmanl\u0131k derneklerinden biri olmu\u015ftur. Uzmanl\u0131k dernekleri, yaln\u0131zca bilimsel etkinlik d\u00fczenleyen yap\u0131lar de\u011fil; kurumsal haf\u0131zay\u0131, mesleki dayan\u0131\u015fmay\u0131 ve bilimsel \u00fcretim k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fcn\u00fc s\u00fcrd\u00fcren yap\u0131lard\u0131r. Y\u00f6netim kurulu \u00fcyeli\u011fi ise maddi kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131 olmayan ve g\u00f6n\u00fcll\u00fcl\u00fck temelinde y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fclen bir sorumluluktur. Bu nedenle bilimsel derneklerin en \u00f6nemli g\u00fcc\u00fc; demokratik i\u015fleyi\u015fleri, ortak de\u011ferler etraf\u0131nda olu\u015fturduklar\u0131 \u015feffaf ve s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclebilir yap\u0131lar\u0131 ve gen\u00e7 ku\u015faklar\u0131 destekleme kapasiteleridir. Bireysel g\u00f6r\u00fcn\u00fcrl\u00fck veya ki\u015fisel n\u00fcfuz yaratmak i\u00e7in de\u011fil; bilimsel \u00fcretimi desteklemek, mesleki standartlar\u0131 korumak ve gelece\u011fe kurumsal bir miras b\u0131rakmak i\u00e7in var olmal\u0131d\u0131rlar.<\/p>\n<p>\u0130la\u00e7 ve biyomedikal end\u00fcstrisinin deste\u011fi de bu kurumsal yakla\u015f\u0131m\u0131 g\u00f6zetmelidir. S\u0131n\u0131rl\u0131 kaynaklar\u0131n; sadece kongrelere de\u011fil bilimsel<br \/>\ndergi yay\u0131nlayan, asistan e\u011fitimine katk\u0131 sunan, \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma gruplar\u0131 olu\u015fturan ve s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclebilir bilimsel \u00fcretim hedefleyen k\u00f6kl\u00fc yap\u0131lara y\u00f6nlendirilmesi uzun vadede \u00fclkemizin bilimsel geli\u015fimi a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan daha de\u011ferlidir.<\/p>\n<h3><b>Kurumsal D\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm ve Yeniden Yap\u0131lanma<\/b><\/h3>\n<p>Y\u00f6netim kurulunda g\u00f6rev ald\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z d\u00f6nemde temel hedefimiz yaln\u0131zca yeni faaliyetler \u00fcretmek de\u011fil; bilimsel niteli\u011fi ve \u00fcretim k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fcn\u00fc koruyarak \u201cvasata teslim olmadan\u201d KL\u0130M\u0130K Derne\u011fi\u2019nin kurumsal kapasitesini ve bilimsel etkisini art\u0131rmakt\u0131. G\u00f6reve geldi\u011fimizde ilk i\u015fimiz, farkl\u0131 ku\u015faklardan aktif \u00fcyelerimizi bir araya getiren kapsaml\u0131 bir strateji \u00e7al\u0131\u015ftay\u0131 d\u00fczenlemek oldu. Bu toplant\u0131, derne\u011fin eksiklerini ve \u00f6nceliklerini belirleyerek sonraki y\u0131llarda at\u0131lacak ad\u0131mlar\u0131n yol haritas\u0131n\u0131 olu\u015fturdu. Toplant\u0131da ald\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z kararla, derne\u011fin faaliyetlerini b\u00fcy\u00fck \u015fehirlerin d\u0131\u015f\u0131na ta\u015f\u0131may\u0131 hedefleyen \u201c7\/25\u201d program\u0131n\u0131 ba\u015flatt\u0131k. Kurulu\u015fumuzun 25. y\u0131l\u0131na at\u0131fla; Gaziantep, Konya, \u015eanl\u0131urfa, Mersin, Samsun, Van ve Manisa\u2019da bilimsel toplant\u0131lar d\u00fczenleyerek ulusal kapsay\u0131c\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 g\u00fc\u00e7lendirdik.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Kurumsal s\u00fcreklili\u011fin yaln\u0131zca bilimsel \u00fcretimle de\u011fil, ortak haf\u0131zay\u0131 koruyabilmekle de m\u00fcmk\u00fcn oldu\u011funa inan\u0131yorduk. Bu anlay\u0131\u015fla 2016 y\u0131l\u0131nda ANKEM Derne\u011fi merkezinin sat\u0131n al\u0131nmas\u0131n\u0131, yaln\u0131zca fiziksel bir kazan\u0131m de\u011fil; kurumsal mirasa sahip \u00e7\u0131kma a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan da \u00f6nemli bir ad\u0131m olarak de\u011ferlendirdik.<\/p>\n<p>T\u00fcm bu yakla\u015f\u0131mlar; \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma gruplar\u0131ndan dijital d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcme, yay\u0131nc\u0131l\u0131ktan gen\u00e7 uzmanlar\u0131n desteklenmesine kadar pek \u00e7ok alanda kurumsal yeniden yap\u0131lanma s\u00fcrecinin temelini olu\u015fturdu.<\/p>\n<p><b><i>\u00c7al\u0131\u015fma Gruplar\u0131 ve Ortak \u00dcretim K\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fc<\/i><\/b><\/p>\n<p>Kurumsal d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm s\u00fcrecinde en \u00f6nemli ad\u0131mlardan biri, \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma gruplar\u0131n\u0131n yap\u0131land\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131 oldu. Her \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma grubuna KL\u0130M\u0130K Derne\u011fi \u00e7at\u0131s\u0131 alt\u0131nda belirli bir hareket alan\u0131 ve \u00fcretim sorumlulu\u011fu tan\u0131mland\u0131. Web sayfam\u0131z\u0131 yaln\u0131zca \u00fcyelerimizin kulland\u0131\u011f\u0131 bir platform olmaktan \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131p infeksiyon hastal\u0131klar\u0131 alan\u0131nda g\u00fcvenilir bir ba\u015fvuru merkezi yapmay\u0131 hedefledik. \u00d6zellikle pandemi d\u00f6neminde bu altyap\u0131n\u0131n ne kadar \u00f6nemli oldu\u011fu daha net g\u00f6r\u00fcld\u00fc. Sosyal medya hesaplar\u0131m\u0131z ve dijital i\u00e7eriklerimiz, sa\u011fl\u0131k \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131 ve toplum i\u00e7in g\u00fcvenilir bilgi kaynaklar\u0131ndan biri oldu. Pullar, Nobel \u00f6d\u00fclleri, a\u015f\u0131lar ve yeni infeksiyonlar gibi farkl\u0131 temalar etraf\u0131nda haz\u0131rlanan bu ajandalar, kurumsal aidiyet ve mesleki payla\u015f\u0131m a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan \u00f6zel bir yer edindi<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Kurumsal aidiyetin yaln\u0131zca bug\u00fcn\u00fc de\u011fil, ge\u00e7mi\u015fi de koruyabilmekle g\u00fc\u00e7lendi\u011fine inan\u0131yorduk. Bu nedenle KL\u0130M\u0130K Derne\u011fi\u2019nin kurulu\u015funun 30. y\u0131l\u0131 i\u00e7in haz\u0131rlanan kitap 30. y\u0131l bildirgemizle ba\u015fl\u0131yordu. Bu bildirgede derne\u011fimizin temel ilkeleri bilimsellik, liyakat ve yeterlilik, etik de\u011ferler, Cumhuriyetimizin temel de\u011ferleri ve ba\u011f\u0131ms\u0131zl\u0131k olarak \u00f6zetlendi.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b><i>Pandemi S\u00fcreci<\/i><\/b><\/p>\n<p>Pandemi s\u00fcrecinde KL\u0130M\u0130K Derne\u011fi, ba\u011f\u0131ms\u0131z bir uzmanl\u0131k derne\u011fi olarak e\u015fsiz bir performans ile toplumsal katk\u0131 sundu ve bu \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcde meslekta\u015flar\u0131m\u0131z ve toplum nezdinde etkisini art\u0131rd\u0131. Bu s\u00fcre\u00e7te KL\u0130M\u0130K Derne\u011fi y\u00f6netim kurulu \u00fcyeleri sorunu sahiplendi, sahada aktif uzmanlar\u0131 sayesinde her an s\u00fcreci takip ederek ileti\u015fim halinde bir faaliyet y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fcld\u00fc. \u0130lk vaka \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131ktan sonra her hafta Sal\u0131 ak\u015famlar\u0131 yap\u0131lan \u00e7evrimi\u00e7i g\u00fcncelleme toplant\u0131lar\u0131 y\u00fczlerce uzman\u0131n ilgiyle izledi\u011fi toplant\u0131lar oldu. Derne\u011fimiz bu s\u00fcre\u00e7te tan\u0131 ve tedavi rehbelerinin haz\u0131rlanmas\u0131na katk\u0131da bulundu.<\/p>\n<h3><b>Bilimsel Dergilerde Kurumsal Vizyon<\/b><\/h3>\n<p>Bilimsel dergiler, uzmanl\u0131k derneklerinin yaln\u0131zca yay\u0131n organlar\u0131 de\u011fil; bilimsel niteli\u011finin, ba\u011f\u0131ms\u0131zl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n ve kurumsal haf\u0131zas\u0131n\u0131n en somut g\u00f6stergelerinden biridir. KL\u0130M\u0130K Derne\u011fi uzun vadeli kurumsal vizyonunun temel bile\u015fenlerinden biri olarak g\u00f6rd\u00fc\u011f\u00fc <i>KL\u0130M\u0130K Dergisi<\/i>\u2019ni ve <i>Infectious Diseases and Clinical Microbiology<\/i> (IDCM)\u2019i yaln\u0131zca makale yay\u0131mlayan dergiler olarak de\u011fil; s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclebilir, eri\u015filebilir ve nitelikli bir bilimsel \u00fcretim k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fcn\u00fcn unsurlar\u0131 olarak de\u011ferlendirdi.<\/p>\n<p><i>KL\u0130M\u0130K Dergisi<\/i>, 1988 y\u0131l\u0131ndan bu yana T\u00fcrk\u00e7e bilimsel e\u011fitimin ve mesleki payla\u015f\u0131m\u0131n temel platformlar\u0131ndan biri olmay\u0131 s\u00fcrd\u00fcrmektedir. T\u00fcrk\u00e7e\u2019nin bilim dili olarak geli\u015fmesinde ulusal dergilerin ta\u015f\u0131d\u0131\u011f\u0131 sorumlulu\u011fun fark\u0131ndayd\u0131k. Bu nedenle dergimizi yaln\u0131zca akademik y\u00fckseltme s\u00fcre\u00e7lerinde kullan\u0131lan bir yay\u0131n alan\u0131 olarak de\u011fil; uzmanl\u0131k e\u011fitiminin, bilimsel tart\u0131\u015fman\u0131n ve kurumsal haf\u0131zan\u0131n ta\u015f\u0131y\u0131c\u0131s\u0131 olarak da de\u011ferlendirdik. \u00d6yle ki, <i>KL\u0130M\u0130K Dergisi<\/i>, dernek faaliyetleri ile entegre bir bi\u00e7imde kongreler, \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma gruplar\u0131, e\u011fitim faaliyetleri ve uzmanl\u0131k e\u011fitimiyle ayn\u0131 ekosistemin par\u00e7as\u0131 olarak uzla\u015f\u0131 raporlar\u0131, g\u00fcncel derlemeler, g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015f yaz\u0131lar\u0131 da yay\u0131mlamaktad\u0131r. Derginin bunca y\u0131ld\u0131r s\u00fcreklili\u011fini koruyabilmi\u015f olmas\u0131, \u00fclkemizde bilimsel yay\u0131nc\u0131l\u0131k a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan ba\u015fl\u0131 ba\u015f\u0131na \u00f6nemli bir kazan\u0131md\u0131r. TR Dizin ve Scopus, ESCI, EMBASE, EBSCO gibi uluslararas\u0131 veri tabanlar\u0131nda yer almas\u0131 da derginin g\u00f6r\u00fcn\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fc art\u0131rmaktad\u0131r.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p>2019 y\u0131l\u0131nda yay\u0131n hayat\u0131na ba\u015flayan IDCM ise bu vizyonun uluslararas\u0131 boyutunu temsil etti. Tamamen a\u00e7\u0131k eri\u015fimli (gold open access), yazarlardan ve okuyuculardan herhangi bir \u00fccret talep etmeyen dergimiz, infeksiyon hastal\u0131klar\u0131 ve klinik mikrobiyoloji alan\u0131nda T\u00fcrkiye kaynakl\u0131, PubMed Central (PMC)\u2019da dizinlenen tek dergidir. Yay\u0131n hayat\u0131na ba\u015flamas\u0131ndan k\u0131sa s\u00fcre sonra Web of Science Emerging Sources Citation Index (ESCI), TR Dizin, EBSCO, Gale, CINAHL ve Cabell\u2019s Journalytics gibi \u00f6nemli dizinlerde yer almas\u0131, derginin uluslararas\u0131 standartlarda y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fclen yay\u0131nc\u0131l\u0131k anlay\u0131\u015f\u0131n\u0131n bir g\u00f6stergesi oldu. A\u00e7\u0131k eri\u015fim yay\u0131nc\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131n giderek y\u00fcksek maliyetli bir modele d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015ft\u00fc\u011f\u00fc bir d\u00f6nemde, bu hizmeti \u00fccretsiz sunabilen nadir uzmanl\u0131k derneklerinden biri olduk. IDCM\u2019i yaln\u0131zca \u0130ngilizce makale yay\u0131mlanan bir dergi olarak de\u011fil; T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de \u00fcretilen bilimsel bilginin uluslararas\u0131 g\u00f6r\u00fcn\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fc art\u0131ran, \u00e7a\u011fda\u015f yay\u0131nc\u0131l\u0131k anlay\u0131\u015f\u0131n\u0131 temsil eden ve s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclebilir bilimsel \u00fcretimi destekleyen kurumsal bir platform olarak de\u011ferlendirdik. Grafik \u00f6zetler, g\u00f6rsel i\u00e7erikler, dijital yay\u0131nc\u0131l\u0131k ara\u00e7lar\u0131 ve kullan\u0131c\u0131 dostu \u00e7evrim i\u00e7i yap\u0131s\u0131yla, yaln\u0131zca bilimsel i\u00e7eri\u011fi de\u011fil, bilimsel bilginin sunulu\u015f bi\u00e7imini de \u00f6nemseyen bir yay\u0131nc\u0131l\u0131k anlay\u0131\u015f\u0131 benimsendi.<\/p>\n<h3><b>Ba\u015far\u0131y\u0131 ve Bilimsel \u00dcretimi Desteklemek: \u00d6d\u00fcller<\/b><\/h3>\n<p>Bilimsel \u00fcretimin s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclebilirli\u011fi yaln\u0131zca kurumlarla de\u011fil, o kurumlar\u0131n insan yeti\u015ftirme ve eme\u011fi g\u00f6r\u00fcn\u00fcr k\u0131lma kapasitesiyle de ili\u015fkilidir. Bu nedenle y\u00f6netim kurulu d\u00f6nemimizde, mesle\u011fini tutkuyla yapanlar\u0131 desteklemek amac\u0131yla \u00f6d\u00fcl gelene\u011fimizi zenginle\u015ftirdik. 2016 y\u0131l\u0131nda Prof. Dr. Enver Tali \u00c7etin Gen\u00e7 Ara\u015ft\u0131rmac\u0131 \u00d6d\u00fcl\u00fc ve \u0130nfeksiyon Kontrol\u00fcnde Ba\u015far\u0131 \u00d6yk\u00fcleri \u00f6d\u00fclleri, 2023 y\u0131l\u0131nda ise Kenan Midilli an\u0131s\u0131na Tez \u00d6d\u00fclleri verilmeye ba\u015fland\u0131. \u0130nfeksiyon kontrol\u00fcnde ba\u015far\u0131 \u00f6yk\u00fcleri yeterli destek sa\u011flanamad\u0131\u011f\u0131 i\u00e7in s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclemedi; bu \u00f6d\u00fcl\u00fcn yeniden g\u00fcndeme getirilmesinin yararl\u0131 olaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fcyorum.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><b>Uluslararas\u0131 Deneyim ve Akademik Perspektif<\/b><\/h3>\n<p>2018\u20132022 y\u0131llar\u0131 aras\u0131nda ESCMID Y\u00f6netim Kurulu\u2019nda g\u00f6rev ald\u0131m. Bu s\u00fcre\u00e7, ulusal ve uluslararas\u0131 bilimsel yap\u0131lar\u0131 kar\u015f\u0131la\u015ft\u0131rabilme a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan da \u00f6nemli bir de\u011ferlendirme f\u0131rsat\u0131 sundu. ESCMID ve KL\u0130M\u0130K Derne\u011fi y\u00f6netimlerinde e\u015f zamanl\u0131 g\u00f6rev almak, iki y\u00f6nl\u00fc s\u00fcrekli bir bilgi ve deneyim aktar\u0131m\u0131na olanak sa\u011flad\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>ESCMID ile birlikte ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirdi\u011fimiz \u201cAntimicrobial Stewardship\u201d (2016) ve \u201cEmerging Infections\u201d (2023) toplant\u0131lar\u0131, bu i\u015f birliklerinin en somut \u00f6rnekleri oldu. Ancak benim i\u00e7in daha da \u00f6nemli olan, g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc bilimsel kurumlar\u0131n ortak \u00f6zelliklerini g\u00f6zlemleyebilmekti. Kat\u0131l\u0131m\u0131 te\u015fvik eden y\u00f6netim anlay\u0131\u015f\u0131, gen\u00e7 ara\u015ft\u0131rmac\u0131lara verilen destek, s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclebilir yay\u0131nc\u0131l\u0131k politikalar\u0131 ve ortak \u00fcretim k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fc, g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc bilimsel yap\u0131lar\u0131n temel bile\u015fenleri olarak \u00f6ne \u00e7\u0131k\u0131yordu.<\/p>\n<p>Uluslararas\u0131 deneyimlerim bana \u015funu g\u00f6sterdi: Ulusal bir dernek olarak en b\u00fcy\u00fck avantajlar\u0131m\u0131zdan biri, gelece\u011fin liderlerini ve bilim insanlar\u0131n\u0131 do\u011frudan yeti\u015ftirebilme imkan\u0131na sahip olmam\u0131zd\u0131r. T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de akademik ortam\u0131 iyile\u015ftirmek ve bilimsel geli\u015fimde evrensel d\u00fczeyi yakalamak temel hedeflerimizden biri oldu. Bu g\u00f6zlemlerin akademik ve kurumsal d\u00fczeydeki kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 Tablo 1\u2019de \u00f6zetlemeye \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131m.<\/p>\n<h2><b>Asistanlar\u0131m\u0131z ve Gen\u00e7 Uzmanlar\u0131m\u0131z<\/b><\/h2>\n<p>Bir uzmanl\u0131k derne\u011finin gelece\u011fi, gen\u00e7 ku\u015faklar\u0131 s\u00fcrecin ger\u00e7ek par\u00e7as\u0131 h\u00e2line getirebilme kapasitesiyle do\u011frudan ili\u015fkilidir. Bu nedenle gen\u00e7lerimizi yaln\u0131zca gelece\u011fin \u00fcyeleri de\u011fil, bug\u00fcn\u00fcn aktif kat\u0131l\u0131mc\u0131lar\u0131 olarak g\u00f6r\u00fcyoruz. Gen\u00e7lerin enerjisini iyi y\u00f6nlendiremeyen kurumlar\u0131n zamanla dura\u011fanla\u015fmas\u0131 ka\u00e7\u0131n\u0131lmazd\u0131r. Bu nedenle gen\u00e7lerimize ula\u015fmay\u0131, onlar\u0131 birlikte \u00fcretmenin ko\u015fullar\u0131n\u0131 yaratmaya \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmay\u0131 her zaman \u00f6ncelikli hedeflerden biri olarak g\u00f6rd\u00fck. Bu anlay\u0131\u015fla \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma gruplar\u0131m\u0131zdan biri olan Asistan ve Gen\u00e7 Uzman Hekimler (AGUH) kurulunu toplant\u0131lara ve aktif \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalara dahil ettik. Hatta bir ileri ad\u0131m olarak, AGUH\u2019tan bir ki\u015fiyi Y\u00f6netim Kurulu\u2019nda daimi \u00fcye yapt\u0131k ancak bu uygulama iki d\u00f6nem s\u00fcrd\u00fc. Bilimsel \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n hangi d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnce kal\u0131plar\u0131ndan etkilendi\u011fini analiz ederek kurumsal bir \u00f6z fark\u0131ndal\u0131k olu\u015fturmaya \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131k. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc kurumlarda yaln\u0131zca faaliyet \u00fcretmenin de\u011fil, \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma s\u00fcre\u00e7lerinin ve sonu\u00e7lar\u0131n\u0131n de\u011ferlendirilmesinin s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclebilir bir geli\u015fim i\u00e7in son derece \u00f6nemli oldu\u011funa inan\u0131yorduk.<\/p>\n<p>T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de infeksiyon hastal\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131n hangi alanlar\u0131nda liderlik yapmam\u0131z gerekti\u011fini ve bilimsel ileti\u015fimimizi nas\u0131l daha etkili hale getirebilece\u011fimizi s\u00fcrekli de\u011ferlendirmeye \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131k. Bu yakla\u015f\u0131m, yaln\u0131zca mevcut sorunlara \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcm \u00fcretmeyi de\u011fil; ayn\u0131 zamanda gelecekte ortaya \u00e7\u0131kabilecek ihtiya\u00e7lar\u0131 da \u00f6ng\u00f6rebilen kurumsal bir refleks geli\u015ftirmeyi gerektiriyordu.<\/p>\n<p><b><i>Yeni paradigmalar\u0131 ve de\u011fi\u015fimi sorgulamak<\/i><\/b><\/p>\n<p>\u201cDo\u011fru kabul etti\u011fimiz\u201d bilgilerin ve y\u0131llar i\u00e7inde \u201ckurumsalla\u015fm\u0131\u015f\u201d yakla\u015f\u0131mlar\u0131n g\u00fcncelli\u011fini ve ge\u00e7erlili\u011fini s\u00fcrekli de\u011ferlendirmemiz gerekti\u011fini d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fcyorduk. Asistanl\u0131k s\u00fcreci, t\u0131p e\u011fitiminin yaln\u0131zca teknik bir devam\u0131 de\u011fil; bilimsel y\u00f6ntemin, d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnme bi\u00e7iminin ve bilim felsefesinin kavrand\u0131\u011f\u0131 bir olgunla\u015fma d\u00f6nemi olarak de\u011ferlendirilmelidir.
