{"id":30763,"date":"2025-09-27T15:25:06","date_gmt":"2025-09-27T12:25:06","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.klimikdergisi.org\/?p=30763"},"modified":"2025-11-11T17:50:44","modified_gmt":"2025-11-11T14:50:44","slug":"acinetobacter-baumanniinin-virulans-genleri","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.klimikdergisi.org\/tr\/2025\/09\/27\/acinetobacter-baumanniinin-virulans-genleri\/","title":{"rendered":"<i>Acinetobacter baumannii<\/i> \u0130zolatlar\u0131nda Effluks Pompas\u0131 ve H\u00fccreler Aras\u0131 \u0130leti\u015fim Genlerinin Ara\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2><b>G\u0130R\u0130\u015e<\/b><\/h2>\n<p><i>Acinetobacter<\/i> spp. infeksiyonlar\u0131nda; hastanede kal\u0131\u015f s\u00fcresi, yo\u011fun bak\u0131m \u00fcnitesi (YB\u00dc) yat\u0131\u015f\u0131, hastan\u0131n imm\u00fcn sisteminin zay\u0131fl\u0131\u011f\u0131, mekanik ventilasyon, antimikrobiyal ajanlarla etkile\u015fim, cerrahi alet ve ekipmanlar\u0131n sterilizasyonu, kullan\u0131lan dezenfektanlar\u0131n oranlar\u0131 ve \u00e7e\u015fitleri gibi bir\u00e7ok fakt\u00f6r rol oynamaktad\u0131r (1). <i>Acinetobacter baumannii,<\/i> \u00e7e\u015fitli y\u00fczeylerde biyofilm olu\u015fturma, kurulu\u011fa ve dezenfektanlara diren\u00e7li olma \u00f6zellikleri nedeniyle \u00f6zellikle YB\u00dc\u2019lerde ventilat\u00f6rle ili\u015fkili pn\u00f6moniye (V\u0130P\u2019e) yol a\u00e7an ve hastane salg\u0131nlar\u0131nda s\u0131kl\u0131kla izole edilen, mortalitesi y\u00fcksek bir nozokomiyal patojendir (2).<\/p>\n<p><i>Acinetobacter baumannii<\/i> su\u015flar\u0131 ile geli\u015fen infeksiyonlar\u0131n en \u00f6nemli y\u00f6n\u00fc, tamamen bilinen antibiyotiklerin \u00e7o\u011funa kar\u015f\u0131 diren\u00e7 g\u00f6stermeleridir. Y\u00fcksek antibiyotik diren\u00e7 oran\u0131 nedeniyle bu patojen hastane ortam\u0131nda uzun s\u00fcre canl\u0131 kalabilmekte ve yay\u0131labilmektedir (3). \u00c7oklu ila\u00e7 diren\u00e7li su\u015flar\u0131n art\u0131\u015f\u0131 ve y\u00fcksek morbidite ve mortalite nedeniyle <i>A. baumannii<\/i>, D\u00fcnya Sa\u011fl\u0131k \u00d6rg\u00fct\u00fc (DS\u00d6)\u2019n\u00fcn antimikrobiyal diren\u00e7 ara\u015ft\u0131rmalar\u0131nda \u00f6ncelikli patojenler listesinde yer almaktad\u0131r (4). \u00c7ok ilaca diren\u00e7li (multidrug resistance, MDR), \u00fc\u00e7 veya daha fazla antibiyotik s\u0131n\u0131f\u0131nda en az bir ajana diren\u00e7 olarak tan\u0131mlanmaktad\u0131r (5).<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Bu \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmada, hastanemizde kan k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fcnde \u00fcreyen hastane kaynakl\u0131 <i>A. baumannii<\/i> izolatlar\u0131nda effluks pompas\u0131 genleri (<i>adeABC<\/i>), bakterinin biyofilm olu\u015fturmas\u0131nda katk\u0131da bulundu\u011fu d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fclen <i>bap<\/i> geni ve h\u00fccreler aras\u0131 ileti\u015fim (quorum sensing) genlerinin (<i>luxI<\/i>, <i>luxR<\/i>) varl\u0131\u011f\u0131 ara\u015ft\u0131r\u0131ld\u0131.<\/p>\n<h2><b>Y\u00d6NTEMLER<\/b><\/h2>\n<p>2019\u20132021 y\u0131llar\u0131 aras\u0131nda hastanemizin farkl\u0131 servislerinden g\u00f6nderilen ve T\u0131bbi Mikrobiyoloji Laboratuvar\u0131\u2019nda rutin olarak i\u015fleme al\u0131nan kan k\u00fclt\u00fcrlerinden izole edilen 53 <i>A. baumannii<\/i> su\u015fu \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmaya dahil edildi. Mikroskobik inceleme ve Gram boyama sonucunda, 37\u00b0C\u2019de koyun kanl\u0131 besiyerine tek koloni d\u00fc\u015fecek \u015fekilde ekim yap\u0131ld\u0131 ve 24 saat ink\u00fcbasyon i\u00e7in et\u00fcvde bekletildi. \u0130nk\u00fcbasyon sonras\u0131nda koyun kanl\u0131 agarda 0.5\u20132 mm \u00e7ap\u0131nda, parlak pembemsi renkte kabar\u0131k kolonilerden Gram boyama ve oksidaz testi yap\u0131ld\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>Bakteri tan\u0131mlanmas\u0131 konvansiyonel y\u00f6ntemler (Gram boyama, oksidaz testi, fermentasyon \u00f6zellikleri) ve VITEK 2 (bioM\u00e9rieux, Marcy-l\u2019\u00c9toile, Fransa) otomatize sistemi kullan\u0131larak yap\u0131ld\u0131. Bakterilerin antibiyotik duyarl\u0131l\u0131k testleri Avrupa Antimikrobiyal Duyarl\u0131l\u0131k Testi Komitesi (European Committee on Antimicrobial Susceptibility Testing, EUCAST) \u00f6nerileri dikkate al\u0131narak VITEK 2 (bioM\u00e9rieux, Marcy-l\u2019\u00c9toile, Fransa) otomatize sistemi ve s\u0131v\u0131 mikrodil\u00fcsyon y\u00f6ntemi ile belirlendi. <i>Acinetobacter baumannii<\/i> olarak tan\u0131mlanan su\u015flar molek\u00fcler \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar yap\u0131lana kadar -80\u00b0C\u2019de boncuklu bakteri saklama t\u00fcplerinde dondurularak sakland\u0131. PCR \u00fcr\u00fcnleri elektroforez i\u015flemine kadar -20\u00b0C\u2019de sakland\u0131.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Elektroforezde tampon \u00e7\u00f6zeltisi olarak tris-borik asit-EDTA (TBE) kullan\u0131lm\u0131\u015f olup TBE \u00e7\u00f6zeltisi 0.5 \u00d7 konsantrasyonda haz\u0131rland\u0131. Bunun i\u00e7in 10.8 gr tris baz, 5.5 gr borik asit ve 0.744 gr EDTA kar\u0131\u015ft\u0131r\u0131ld\u0131 ve kar\u0131\u015f\u0131m distile su ile 2000 ml\u2019ye tamamland\u0131. \u0130ki gr agaroz, 200 ml 0.5 \u00d7 TBE tamponu ile mikrodalga f\u0131r\u0131nda \u0131s\u0131t\u0131ld\u0131. Toz halindeki agaroz, \u00e7\u00f6zelti i\u00e7inde \u015feffaf bir hale gelene kadar \u0131s\u0131t\u0131ld\u0131 ve ara ara kar\u0131\u015ft\u0131r\u0131ld\u0131. Kar\u0131\u015f\u0131m\u0131n s\u0131cakl\u0131\u011f\u0131 50\u00b0C\u2019ye so\u011futulduktan sonra i\u00e7erisine 8 \u03bcl etidyum brom\u00fcr eklendi. Haz\u0131rlanan \u00e7\u00f6zelti, kuyucuklar\u0131n olu\u015fmas\u0131 amac\u0131yla tarak yerle\u015ftirilerek jel tepsisine aktar\u0131ld\u0131 ve oda s\u0131cakl\u0131\u011f\u0131nda kat\u0131la\u015f\u0131ncaya kadar bekletildi. So\u011futulan jel tepsiye d\u00f6k\u00fcld\u00fc ve oda s\u0131cakl\u0131\u011f\u0131nda kat\u0131la\u015f\u0131ncaya kadar bekletildi. Jel kat\u0131la\u015ft\u0131ktan sonra tarak dikkatlice \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131ld\u0131 ve elektroforez tank\u0131na jel i\u00e7inde kalacak \u015fekilde 0.5 \u00d7 TBE tamponu \u00e7\u00f6zeltisi eklendi. Daha sonra jel tepsisi tanka yerle\u015ftirildi ve 2.5\u20133 saat DNA\u2019lar\u0131n y\u00fcr\u00fcmesi i\u00e7in bekletildi. Bakteri en s\u0131k 60\u201375 (%35.9) ya\u015f grubundaki hastalardan g\u00f6nderilen kan k\u00fclt\u00fcrlerinden izole edildi. \u00d6rneklerin kliniklere g\u00f6re da\u011f\u0131l\u0131m\u0131 incelendi\u011finde, <i>A. baumannii<\/i> \u00fcremesi en \u00e7ok Anestezi ve Reanimasyon \u00dcnitesi\u2019nde yatan hastalarda g\u00f6r\u00fcld\u00fc. Antibiyotik duyarl\u0131l\u0131k testlerinde, kolistin i\u00e7in M\u0130K y\u00f6ntemi, di\u011fer antibiyotikler i\u00e7in ise VITEK 2 otomatize sistemi (bioM\u00e9rieux, Fransa) kullan\u0131lm\u0131\u015f olup sonu\u00e7lar EUCAST s\u0131n\u0131r de\u011ferlerine g\u00f6re yorumland\u0131. Bulgulara g\u00f6re, karbapenemler ve kinolonlara kar\u015f\u0131 y\u00fcksek diren\u00e7 g\u00f6zlenirken, kolistin t\u00fcm izolatlarda etkili bulundu (Tablo 3). \u00c7al\u0131\u015fmaya dahil edilen bakterilerin DNA izolasyonu yap\u0131ld\u0131 ve sonras\u0131nda jel elektroforez y\u00f6ntemi ile elde edilen spesifik DNA bantlar\u0131 jel g\u00f6r\u00fcnt\u00fcleme sisteminde g\u00f6r\u00fcnt\u00fclendi (\u015eekil 1). <i>Acinetobacter baumannii<\/i> olarak tan\u0131mlanan 53 su\u015f PCR y\u00f6ntemi ile \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131ld\u0131. \u00c7al\u0131\u015fmada bap geninin %1.9 oran\u0131 ile en d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck saptanan gen oldu\u011fu, effluks gen b\u00f6lgelerinden <i>adeA<\/i> geninin ise t\u00fcm izolatlarda (%100) bulundu\u011fu belirlendi. \u00c7al\u0131\u015fmam\u0131zda tespit edilen di\u011fer genlerin da\u011f\u0131l\u0131m\u0131 Tablo 4\u2019te sunuldu.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><b>\u0130RDELEME<\/b><\/h2>\n<p>Son y\u0131llarda, ESKAPE olarak tan\u0131mlanan <i>(Enterococcus faecium, Staphylococcus aureus, Klebsiella pneumoniae, A. baumannii, P. aeruginosa, Enterobacter<\/i> spp.) t\u00fcrler nozokomiyal infeksiyonlarda ba\u015fl\u0131ca etkenler aras\u0131nda yer almaktad\u0131r. Bu bakterilerin neden oldu\u011fu infeksiyonlarda \u00e7oklu antibiyotik direnci, hem korunma hem de tedavide \u00f6nemli g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fckler yaratmaktad\u0131r (10,11). \u00d6zellikle <i>A. baumannii<\/i>\u2019de \u00e7oklu ila\u00e7 direncinin h\u0131zla yay\u0131lmas\u0131 halk sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan ciddi bir tehdit olu\u015fturmaktad\u0131r (12)<\/p>\n<p>Biyofilm olu\u015fumu, mikroorganizmalar\u0131n antibiyotiklere ve dezenfektanlara kar\u015f\u0131 direncini art\u0131ran en \u00f6nemli mekanizmalardan biridir (13). <i>Acinetobacter baumannii<\/i>\u2019de biyofilm ile ili\u015fkili y\u00fczey proteini olan <i>bap<\/i> geni, bu \u00f6zelli\u011fin genetik belirleyicilerinden biridir. Bu genin t\u00fcm organizmalardaki ortak \u00f6zellikleri; b\u00fcy\u00fck boyut, \u00e7oklu ard\u0131\u015f\u0131k tekrarlar\u0131n varl\u0131\u011f\u0131, h\u00fccre y\u00fczeyi konumu ve biyofilm olu\u015fumundaki rol\u00fcd\u00fcr (14). Tayvan\u2019da bir e\u011fitim hastanesinden toplanan izolatlarda yap\u0131lan bir \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmada, <i>A. baumannii<\/i>\u2019nin biyofilm olu\u015fturma yetene\u011fi ile antibiyotik direnci ve biyofilm ili\u015fkili genleri aras\u0131ndaki korelasyon ara\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. S\u00f6z konusu \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmada 154 izolattan %15.6\u2019s\u0131n\u0131n zay\u0131f, %32.5\u2019inin orta ve %45.4\u2019\u00fcn\u00fcn g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc biyofilm olu\u015fturdu\u011fu; <i>bap, blaPER-1, csuE<\/i> ve <i>ompA<\/i> genlerini ta\u015f\u0131yan su\u015flarda biyofilm oranlar\u0131n\u0131n s\u0131ras\u0131yla %79.2, %38.3, %91.6 ve %68.8 oldu\u011fu ve bu genleri ta\u015f\u0131yan su\u015flar\u0131n ta\u015f\u0131mayanlara g\u00f6re daha g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc biyofilm olu\u015fturdu\u011fu bildirilmi\u015ftir (11). Qi ve arkada\u015flar\u0131n\u0131n (12) antibiyotik direnci ve biyofilm olu\u015fumu aras\u0131ndaki ili\u015fkiyi inceledikleri \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmada, 272 klinik izolattan 249\u2019unda biyofilm olu\u015fumu g\u00f6zlenmi\u015f, duyarl\u0131 olan su\u015flar\u0131n, \u00e7ok ilaca diren\u00e7li ve ekstrem ila\u00e7 diren\u00e7li su\u015flara oranla daha g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc biyofilm olu\u015fturduklar\u0131 tespit edilmi\u015ftir. Sharma ve arkada\u015flar\u0131n\u0131n (15) 2019 y\u0131l\u0131nda yapt\u0131klar\u0131 \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmada ise 108 <i>Acinetobacter<\/i> izolat\u0131ndan 10 (%9.3)\u2019unun biyofilm olu\u015fturdu\u011fu bildirilmi\u015ftir. \u0130ran\u2019da 2016 y\u0131l\u0131nda yap\u0131lan bir \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmada, Tahran\u2019daki iki hastaneden elde edilen 79 <i>A. baumannii<\/i> izolat\u0131nda <i>adeABC<\/i> genlerinin s\u0131kl\u0131\u011f\u0131 ve eritromisin, trimetoprim, meropenem ve imipeneme kar\u015f\u0131 diren\u00e7 ara\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. En y\u00fcksek diren\u00e7 trimetoprime (%93), en d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck diren\u00e7 eritromisine (%53) kar\u015f\u0131 bulunmu\u015f; <i>adeA, adeB<\/i> ve <i>adeC<\/i> genlerinin s\u0131kl\u0131\u011f\u0131 s\u0131ras\u0131yla %96.2, %96.2 ve %91.1 olarak rapor edilmi\u015ftir. \u0130mipenem direnci ile effluks pompas\u0131 genlerinin varl\u0131\u011f\u0131 aras\u0131nda anlaml\u0131 bir ili\u015fki g\u00f6sterilmi\u015ftir (<i>p<\/i>&lt;0.05) (16). Bizim \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmam\u0131zda 53 hastan\u0131n yaln\u0131zca birinde (%1.9) biyofilm varl\u0131\u011f\u0131 tespit edildi. <i>Bap<\/i> geninin d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck oranda saptanmas\u0131, <i>A. baumannii<\/i> su\u015flar\u0131n\u0131n genetik \u00e7e\u015fitlili\u011fini yans\u0131tabilece\u011fi gibi, izolatlar\u0131n b\u00fcy\u00fck \u00e7o\u011funlu\u011funun kan \u00f6rneklerinden elde edilmesi de biyofilm formasyonuna ili\u015fkin gen ekspresyonunu etkilemi\u015f olabilir.<\/p>\n<p>Modarresi ve arkada\u015flar\u0131 (13) taraf\u0131ndan 2015 y\u0131l\u0131nda yap\u0131lan bir \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmada, <i>A. baumannii<\/i> biyofilm olu\u015fturan klinik izolatlar\u0131nda N-asyl homoserin lakton (AHL), siderofor ve katekol \u00fczerindeki demir-III s\u0131n\u0131rlamas\u0131n\u0131n vir\u00fclans fakt\u00f6rlerine etkisi ara\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lm\u0131\u015f; y\u00fcksek AHL aktivitesi i\u00e7in <i>luxI<\/i> ve <i>luxR<\/i> genlerinin varl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n gerekli oldu\u011fu, d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck demir konsantrasyonunda (20 \u03bcM) <i>luxI\/luxR<\/i> ekspresyonunun d\u00f6rt kattan fazla artt\u0131\u011f\u0131 g\u00f6sterilmi\u015ftir. Bu bulgular, demirin hem effluks pompalar\u0131 hem de h\u00fccreler aras\u0131 ileti\u015fim \u00fczerinde d\u00fczenleyici bir rol oynad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 ortaya koymaktad\u0131r.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Effluks pompas\u0131 genleri aras\u0131nda <i>adeB<\/i>, antibiyotik direnci ile en s\u0131k ili\u015fkilendirilen gen olarak bildirilmektedir (17). Polimeraz zincir reaksiyonu (PCR) temelli \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalarda da <i>adeB<\/i>\u2019nin klinik izolatlarda en y\u00fcksek oranda saptanan gen oldu\u011fu g\u00f6sterilmi\u015ftir. \u00d6rne\u011fin, Zarrilli ve arkada\u015flar\u0131 (18) <i>A. baumannii<\/i> su\u015flar\u0131nda <i>adeB<\/i>\u2019yi %80, <i>adeA<\/i>\u2019y\u0131 %42 ve <i>adeC<\/i>\u2019yi %40 oran\u0131nda tespit etmi\u015ftir. Di\u011fer baz\u0131 \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalarda <i>adeB<\/i> t\u00fcm klinik izolatlarda bulunmu\u015fken, benzer \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalarda bu oran %70\u201375 aras\u0131nda de\u011fi\u015fmektedir (19). Bununla birlikte, <i>adeA<\/i>\u2019n\u0131n en y\u00fcksek oranda rapor edildi\u011fi ara\u015ft\u0131rmalar da mevcuttur. Literat\u00fcrde genel yakla\u015f\u0131m, <i>adeC<\/i>\u2019nin effluks genleri aras\u0131nda en d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck oranda saptand\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 g\u00f6stermektedir (13). Ayr\u0131ca, <i>adeC<\/i> pozitif ve negatif su\u015flar\u0131n kar\u015f\u0131la\u015ft\u0131r\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalarda, <i>adeC<\/i> pozitif su\u015flar\u0131n daha fazla antibiyotik direncine sahip oldu\u011fu bildirilmi\u015ftir (19). Bizim \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmam\u0131zda ise effluks gen b\u00f6lgelerinden <i>adeA<\/i> geni t\u00fcm izolatlarda (%100) tespit edildi. Di\u011fer effluks genlerinin da\u011f\u0131l\u0131m\u0131 <i>adeB<\/i> %96.2, <i>adeC<\/i> %45.3, <i>adeI<\/i> %86.8, <i>adeJ<\/i> %67.9, <i>adeK<\/i> %98.1 ve <i>adeR<\/i> %98.1 \u015feklinde iken h\u00fccreler aras\u0131 ileti\u015fim genlerinden <i>luxI<\/i> %41.5, <i>luxR<\/i> ise %47.2 oran\u0131nda saptand\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>\u00c7al\u0131\u015fmam\u0131z, <i>A. baumannii<\/i>\u2019nin \u00e7ok ilaca diren\u00e7li bir patojen oldu\u011funu ve tedavisinde \u00f6nemli g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fckler bulundu\u011funu ortaya koymaktad\u0131r. Karbapenem ve florokinolonlara kar\u015f\u0131 y\u00fcksek diren\u00e7 oranlar\u0131, bu t\u00fcr antibiyotiklerin tedavi se\u00e7enekleri aras\u0131nda etkinli\u011fini s\u0131n\u0131rlamaktad\u0131r. Buna kar\u015f\u0131n kolistin gibi baz\u0131 antibiyotiklere kar\u015f\u0131 diren\u00e7 oran\u0131 d\u00fc\u015f\u00fckt\u00fcr; bu da bu antibiyoti\u011fin diren\u00e7li su\u015flar \u00fczerinde etkili olabilece\u011fini d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnd\u00fcrmektedir. Effluks genleri ve h\u00fccreler aras\u0131 ileti\u015fim gibi genetik \u00f6zelliklerin y\u00fcksek prevalans\u0131, bu bakterinin \u00e7evresel fakt\u00f6rlere uyum sa\u011flama ve antibiyotiklere diren\u00e7 geli\u015ftirme kapasitesini art\u0131rmaktad\u0131r. Bu nedenle, klinik tedavi stratejilerinde bu genetik mekanizmalar\u0131n g\u00f6z \u00f6n\u00fcnde bulundurulmas\u0131 gereklidir. \u00d6zellikle biyofilm \u00fcretimi ve h\u00fccreler aras\u0131 ileti\u015fim mekanizmalar\u0131, tedavi ba\u015far\u0131s\u0131n\u0131 olumsuz etkileyebilecek \u00f6nemli fakt\u00f6rlerdir.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p>\u00c7al\u0131\u015fmam\u0131z\u0131n s\u0131n\u0131rl\u0131l\u0131klar\u0131 \u00f6rneklem say\u0131s\u0131n\u0131n g\u00f6rece az olmas\u0131 ve yaln\u0131zca kan k\u00fclt\u00fcrlerinden elde edilen izolatlar\u0131n de\u011ferlendirilmi\u015f olmas\u0131d\u0131r. Bu nedenle gen prevalans oranlar\u0131n\u0131n daha b\u00fcy\u00fck pop\u00fclasyonlarda ve farkl\u0131 klinik \u00f6rnekleri i\u00e7eren \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalarla do\u011frulanmas\u0131 gereklidir. B\u00f6ylece diren\u00e7 mekanizmalar\u0131n\u0131n daha kapsaml\u0131 bi\u00e7imde anla\u015f\u0131lmas\u0131 m\u00fcmk\u00fcn olacakt\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>Sonu\u00e7 olarak; <i>A. baumannii <\/i>infeksiyonlar\u0131nda antibiyotik se\u00e7imi diren\u00e7 profilleri ve genetik analizler do\u011frultusunda yap\u0131lmal\u0131d\u0131r.
