Bir insan hakk\u0131 olarak sa\u011fl\u0131k, D\u00fcnya Sa\u011fl\u0131k \u00d6rg\u00fct\u00fc (DS\u00d6)\u2019n\u00fcn Anayasas\u0131\u2019nda (1948), \u0130nsan Haklar\u0131 Evrensel Beyannamesi\u2019nde (1948) ve bir\u00e7ok uluslararas\u0131 ve b\u00f6lgesel insan haklar\u0131 s\u00f6zle\u015fmesinde tan\u0131nm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. T\u00fcm DS\u00d6 \u00fcye devletleri, ki\u015filerin fiziksel ve ruhsal sa\u011fl\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131 g\u00fcvence alt\u0131na alan en az s\u00f6zle\u015fmeyi onaylam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Sa\u011fl\u0131k hakk\u0131, sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131 ya\u015fam, temel g\u0131daya eri\u015fim, hijyenik bar\u0131nma ko\u015fullar\u0131, \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma ve e\u011fitim hakk\u0131, mahremiyet, bilgiye eri\u015fim, i\u015fkence ve k\u00f6t\u00fc muameleden korunma, \u00f6rg\u00fctlenme gibi di\u011fer temel insan haklar\u0131yla do\u011frudan ili\u015fkili ve onlar\u0131n ayr\u0131lmaz bir par\u00e7as\u0131d\u0131r. Sa\u011fl\u0131k hakk\u0131, yaln\u0131zca nitelikli, zaman\u0131nda ve uygun sa\u011fl\u0131k hizmetlerine ve sistemlerine eri\u015fimi de\u011fil, ayn\u0131 zamanda sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131 belirleyen temel unsurlara ayr\u0131mc\u0131l\u0131k yap\u0131lmaks\u0131z\u0131n eri\u015fimi de kapsar (1). Hasta haklar\u0131, sa\u011fl\u0131k uygulamalar\u0131n\u0131n \u00f6nemli bir par\u00e7as\u0131d\u0131r ve hastalar toplumun en savunmas\u0131z gruplar\u0131 aras\u0131ndad\u0131r. Bu nedenle sa\u011fl\u0131k hizmetlerinde hasta haklar\u0131n\u0131n iyile\u015ftirilmesine ili\u015fkin uygulamalar \u00f6ncelikli konular aras\u0131ndad\u0131r (2). Hasta haklar\u0131n\u0131n desteklenmesi, sa\u011fl\u0131k politikalar\u0131n\u0131 geli\u015ftirenler ve sa\u011fl\u0131k hizmetini verenler i\u00e7in \u00f6ncelikli bir konu olup sa\u011fl\u0131k hizmetlerinin standartlar\u0131n\u0131 belirlemede temel dayanaklardan biri olarak kabul edilir (3). Bu anlay\u0131\u015fla, Hasta Haklar\u0131 Bildirgesi, hastalara etik bir sa\u011fl\u0131k hizmeti sunulmas\u0131n\u0131 sa\u011flamak, hastalar\u0131n sa\u011fl\u0131k sistemine olan g\u00fcvenini art\u0131rmak ve kar\u015f\u0131la\u015fabilecekleri sorunlara y\u00f6nelik \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcmler sunmak ve onlar\u0131 sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131 olma veya sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131 kalma konusunda te\u015fvik etmek amac\u0131yla haz\u0131rlanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Ayn\u0131 zamanda, hastalar ile sa\u011fl\u0131k hizmeti sa\u011flay\u0131c\u0131lar\u0131 aras\u0131nda g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc ileti\u015fimin \u00f6nemi vurgulanmaktad\u0131r (4). Hasta haklar\u0131 ki\u015filere sosyal olarak sayg\u0131 g\u00f6sterilmesi gereklili\u011fi ile de yak\u0131ndan ili\u015fkilidir (5) ve hastalar\u0131n tedavi s\u00fcrecindeki duydu\u011fu memnuniyet, tedavi ve yay\u0131n s\u00fcre\u00e7leri kapsam\u0131nda bilgilendirilmi\u015f onamlar\u0131n\u0131n al\u0131nmas\u0131 ve mahremiyetlerine sayg\u0131 g\u00f6sterilmesi de son derece \u00f6nemlidir (6). D\u00fcnya Sa\u011fl\u0131k \u00d6rg\u00fct\u00fc, hasta haklar\u0131n\u0131, sa\u011fl\u0131k hizmeti kapsam\u0131nda hizmet alan ki\u015filerin haklar\u0131n\u0131n ve sa\u011fl\u0131k hizmeti sunanlar\u0131n uymak zorunda oldu\u011fu kurallar\u0131n toplam\u0131 olarak tan\u0131mlam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Ayr\u0131ca DS\u00d6, hasta haklar\u0131n\u0131n desteklenmesi i\u00e7in uygun ko\u015fullar\u0131n sa\u011flanmas\u0131nda hasta, hekim ve hem\u015firelerin i\u015f birli\u011fi i\u00e7inde \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmas\u0131 gerekti\u011fini vurgulam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r (1).<\/p>\n<p class=\"p3\">Hekimler ve hem\u015fireler, hasta haklar\u0131n\u0131n korunmas\u0131ndan sorumludur. Hem\u015fireler, hastalarla di\u011fer sa\u011fl\u0131k \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131na k\u0131yasla daha yak\u0131n bir ileti\u015fim i\u00e7inde olduklar\u0131ndan ve daha yo\u011fun hizmet verdiklerinden dolay\u0131 bu konuda hekimlere g\u00f6re daha fazla sorumluluk almaktad\u0131rlar. Bu nedenle hem\u015fireler hasta haklar\u0131n\u0131n savunulmas\u0131 konusunda kritik \u00f6neme sahiptirler. Di\u011fer yanda, hasta haklar\u0131n\u0131n etkin bir \u015fekilde uygulanmas\u0131; sa\u011fl\u0131ktaki hizmetin kalitesinin artmas\u0131n\u0131, maliyetin azalmas\u0131n\u0131, tedavi s\u00fcrecinin h\u0131zlanmas\u0131n\u0131 ve hastanede kal\u0131\u015f s\u00fcresinin azalmas\u0131n\u0131 sa\u011flar. Ayr\u0131ca, hastalar\u0131n karar alma s\u00fcre\u00e7lerine kat\u0131l\u0131m haklar\u0131 konusunda bilgilendirilmeleri, sa\u011fl\u0131k hizmetine ili\u015fkin memnuniyetlerini de art\u0131rmaktad\u0131r (7). Hasta haklar\u0131na gereken \u00f6nemin verilmemesi, hastalarda g\u00fcvensizli\u011fe neden olabilir ve bu durum sa\u011fl\u0131k hizmet talebini olumsuz etkileyebilir. Ayr\u0131ca sa\u011fl\u0131k personeli ve hastalar aras\u0131ndaki ili\u015fkinin verimlili\u011fi ve etkinli\u011fi azabilir ve hastalara uygun bak\u0131m\u0131n sa\u011flanmas\u0131nda istenmeyen sonu\u00e7lar ortaya \u00e7\u0131kabilir (6).<\/p>\n<p class=\"p3\">G\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fczde, hasta haklar\u0131n\u0131n korunmas\u0131 konusu bir\u00e7ok ulusal ve uluslararas\u0131 kurulu\u015fun g\u00fcndeminde olup her \u00fclkenin kendi ulusal mevzuat\u0131 kapsam\u0131nda de\u011ferlendirilmektedir (8). Hemen her \u00fclke, hasta memnuniyetini sa\u011flamak ve etik bir sa\u011fl\u0131k hizmeti sunmak amac\u0131yla sa\u011fl\u0131k sistemleri kapsam\u0131nda hasta haklar\u0131n\u0131 tan\u0131mlam\u0131\u015flard\u0131r; sa\u011fl\u0131k kurulu\u015flar\u0131n\u0131n hasta haklar\u0131na ili\u015fkin dok\u00fcmante edilmi\u015f d\u00fczenlemeleri ve gerekli durumlar i\u00e7in haz\u0131rlanm\u0131\u015f s\u00f6zle\u015fme metinleri mevcuttur (5).<\/p>\n<p class=\"p3\">Bu \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmada, sa\u011fl\u0131k kurumlar\u0131ndan hizmet alan hastalarla \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131larak ki\u015filerin alg\u0131lar\u0131na dayal\u0131 ge\u00e7erli ve g\u00fcvenilir bir hasta haklar\u0131 ve memnuniyeti \u00f6l\u00e7e\u011fi geli\u015ftirilmesi ama\u00e7land\u0131.<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"p4\">Y\u00d6NTEMLER<\/h2>\n<h3 class=\"p5\">\u00c7al\u0131\u015fma Grubu<\/h3>\n<div id=\"attachment_30194\" style=\"width: 1083px\" class=\"wp-caption alignright\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.klimikdergisi.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/03\/KD.C38.S1_5039_Tablo1.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-30194\" class=\"size-full wp-image-30194\" src=\"https:\/\/www.klimikdergisi.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/03\/KD.C38.S1_5039_Tablo1.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"1073\" height=\"1188\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.klimikdergisi.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/03\/KD.C38.S1_5039_Tablo1.png 1073w, https:\/\/www.klimikdergisi.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/03\/KD.C38.S1_5039_Tablo1-235x260.png 235w, https:\/\/www.klimikdergisi.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/03\/KD.C38.S1_5039_Tablo1-488x540.png 488w, https:\/\/www.klimikdergisi.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/03\/KD.C38.S1_5039_Tablo1-768x850.png 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1073px) 100vw, 1073px\" \/><\/a><p id=\"caption-attachment-30194\" class=\"wp-caption-text\"><strong>Tablo 1.<\/strong> Hastalar\u0131n Demografik \u00d6zellikleri<\/p><\/div>\n<p class=\"p3\">\u00d6l\u00e7ek geli\u015ftirme kapsam\u0131nda iki ayr\u0131 veri seti olu\u015fturuldu. \u0130lk veri seti, \u0130stanbul\u2019un Kartal il\u00e7esinde \u00f6zel bir sa\u011fl\u0131k kurumuna ba\u015fvuran 320 hastadan elde edildi. Hatal\u0131 doldurmadan dolay\u0131 18 form kullan\u0131lmad\u0131 ve geriye kalan 302 form ile analiz ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirildi. \u0130kinci veri seti kapsam\u0131nda, do\u011frulay\u0131c\u0131 fakt\u00f6r analizi (DFA) i\u00e7in yine \u0130stanbul\u2019un Kartal il\u00e7esinde bulunan farkl\u0131 bir sa\u011fl\u0131k kurumuna ba\u015fvuran 327 hastaya anket uyguland\u0131; 27 form hatal\u0131 doldurma nedeniyle elendi ve geriye kalan 300 form ile analiz ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirildi. Ara\u015ft\u0131rmaya kat\u0131lan hastalar\u0131n 255 (%84.4)\u2019i kad\u0131n, 126 (%41.7)\u2019s\u0131 18-27 ya\u015flar\u0131 aras\u0131nda, 223 (%73.8)\u2019\u00fc evli ve 127 (%42.1)\u2019si orta\u00f6\u011fretim (lise) mezunu idi. Hastalar\u0131n demografik \u00f6zellikleri Tablo 1\u2019de sunuldu.<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"p5\">Denemelik \u00d6l\u00e7me Arac\u0131n\u0131n Geli\u015ftirilmesi<\/h3>\n<p class=\"p3\">\u00d6ncelikli olarak kat\u0131l\u0131mc\u0131lar\u0131n, hasta haklar\u0131 ve memnuniyetleri konusunda g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015fleri al\u0131narak bir madde havuzu olu\u015fturuldu. Ard\u0131ndan ulusal ve uluslararas\u0131 literat\u00fcr taranarak ilgili teorik bilgiler, \u00f6l\u00e7ekler ve anketler incelendi, tespit edilen uygun maddeler havuza eklendi (9). T\u00fcm bu \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131n sonucunda \u00f6l\u00e7ek kapsam\u0131nda derlenen 48 maddenin a\u00e7\u0131kl\u0131k ve anla\u015f\u0131l\u0131rl\u0131k durumlar\u0131n\u0131n de\u011ferlendirilmesi i\u00e7in epidemiyoloji, halk sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131 ve biyoistatistik alanlar\u0131ndan \u00fc\u00e7 akademisyenin g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015fleri al\u0131nd\u0131. Al\u0131nan g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015fler do\u011frultusunda, anla\u015f\u0131l\u0131r ve a\u00e7\u0131k oldu\u011fu kabul edilen \u00f6l\u00e7ek; kapsam\u0131n\u0131, anla\u015f\u0131l\u0131rl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131, a\u00e7\u0131kl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 ve hasta haklar\u0131 ve memnuniyetini belirlemeye uygunlu\u011funu de\u011ferlendirmeleri i\u00e7in dokuz uzmana iletildi. Uzmanlardan her bir madde i\u00e7in de\u011ferlendirmelerini \u201cuygun\u201d, \u201c\u00e7\u0131kar\u0131lmal\u0131\u201d, \u201cfarkl\u0131 madde kullan\u0131lmal\u0131\u201d \u015feklinde yapmalar\u0131 istendi. Be\u015f uzman geri bildirimde bulundu. \u00d6l\u00e7ekte \u00e7ok fazla madde bulunmas\u0131n\u0131n kat\u0131l\u0131mc\u0131lar\u0131n cevap verme konusundaki isteklili\u011fini olumsuz etkileyebilece\u011fi ve \u00f6l\u00e7e\u011fin kullan\u0131\u015fl\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan sorun yaratabilece\u011fi \u015feklindeki g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015fler do\u011frultusunda gerekli d\u00fczenlemeler yap\u0131ld\u0131. Bu s\u00fcre\u00e7te, be\u015f uzman\u0131n uygun buldu\u011fu maddeler \u00f6l\u00e7ekte b\u0131rak\u0131l\u0131rken, en az bir uzman taraf\u0131ndan olumsuz de\u011ferlendirilen maddeler \u00f6l\u00e7ekten \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131ld\u0131 (10). Nihai olarak \u00f6l\u00e7ekte toplam 44 madde yer ald\u0131 (Ek 1). Kat\u0131l\u0131mc\u0131lar\u0131n de\u011ferlendirmeleri i\u00e7in, \u201c<i>Kesinlikle kat\u0131l\u0131yorum<\/i>\u201d (5 puan) maddesinden ba\u015flayarak \u201c<i>Kesinlikle kat\u0131lm\u0131yorum<\/i>\u201d (1 puan) maddesine uzanan Likert tipi bir \u00f6l\u00e7ek kullan\u0131ld\u0131.<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"p5\">\u0130statistiksel Analizler<\/h3>\n<p class=\"p3\"><span class=\"s1\">\u00c7al\u0131\u015fmada, yap\u0131 ge\u00e7erlili\u011fini de\u011ferlendirmek i\u00e7in AFA ve DFA uyguland\u0131. G\u00fcvenirlik analizleri kapsam\u0131nda Cronbach alfa i\u00e7 tutarl\u0131l\u0131k katsay\u0131s\u0131 hesapland\u0131 ve zamana ba\u011fl\u0131 de\u011fi\u015fimleri anlamak i\u00e7in test-tekrar test korelasyonu ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirildi. Toplanan verilerin fakt\u00f6r analizlerinin uygunlu\u011fu, Kaiser-Meyer-Olkin (KMO) katsay\u0131s\u0131yla birlikte Bartlett k\u00fcresellik testi ve ters g\u00f6r\u00fcnt\u00fc korelasyon matrisiyle incelendi (11).<\/span><\/p>\n<h2 class=\"p4\">BULGULAR<\/h2>\n<h3 class=\"p5\">Ge\u00e7erlik \u00c7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131na \u0130li\u015fkin Bulgular<\/h3>\n<p class=\"p3\">\u00d6l\u00e7e\u011fe ait ters g\u00f6r\u00fcnt\u00fc korelasyon matrisi k\u00f6\u015fegen de\u011ferlerinin 0.5\u2019ten b\u00fcy\u00fck oldu\u011fu belirlendi. Fakt\u00f6rlerin say\u0131 tespiti i\u00e7in \u00e7izgi grafi\u011fi, \u00f6z de\u011fer puan\u0131 ve a\u00e7\u0131klanan varyans kriterlerine g\u00f6re \u00f6l\u00e7ek fakt\u00f6r yap\u0131s\u0131 ortaya \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131ld\u0131. A\u00e7\u0131mlay\u0131c\u0131 fakt\u00f6r analizinin sonucunda M5 ve M6 numaral\u0131 maddeler bini\u015fik madde olmalar\u0131 nedeniyle analizden \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131ld\u0131. A\u00e7\u0131klanan varyans, AFA i\u00e7in \u00f6nemli bir kriterdir ve toplam varyans\u0131n %50\u2019sini a\u015fmas\u0131 gerekmektedir; maddelerin belirlenmesi s\u00fcrecinde her bir maddeye ait y\u00fck de\u011ferinin 0.30\u2019dan b\u00fcy\u00fck olmas\u0131 ve maddeler aras\u0131 fakt\u00f6r y\u00fck de\u011ferleri aras\u0131nda en az 0.10 fark\u0131n bulunmas\u0131 \u00f6nem arz etmektedir (10). Ayr\u0131ca \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmam\u0131zda tutarl\u0131l\u0131k i\u00e7in her bir maddenin a\u00e7\u0131klad\u0131\u011f\u0131 varyans oran\u0131n\u0131n 0.30 ve \u00fcst\u00fcnde olmas\u0131na dikkat edildi (11). Bu bulgular, DFA sonu\u00e7lar\u0131n\u0131n model-veri uyumunu kabul edilebilir d\u00fczeyde desteklemektedir. Ayr\u0131ca DFA ve AFA sonu\u00e7lar\u0131 birlikte de\u011ferlendirildi\u011finde \u00f6l\u00e7e\u011fin yap\u0131 ge\u00e7erlili\u011fini do\u011frular veriler sundu\u011fu ifade edilebilir (\u015eekil 2).<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"p4\">\u0130RDELEME<\/h2>\n<p class=\"p2\">Bu \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmada, hastalar\u0131n alg\u0131lar\u0131na dayal\u0131 ge\u00e7erli ve g\u00fcvenilir bir Hasta Haklar\u0131 ve Memnuniyeti \u00d6l\u00e7e\u011fi geli\u015ftirilmesi ama\u00e7land\u0131. \u0130lk olu\u015fturulan 44 maddelik deneme \u00f6l\u00e7e\u011fi AFA i\u00e7in 302, DFA i\u00e7inse 300 hastaya uyguland\u0131. A\u00e7\u0131mlay\u0131c\u0131 fakt\u00f6r analizi sonucunda, \u00f6l\u00e7e\u011fin toplam 42 maddeden olu\u015fan ve \u201c<i>Hasta Mahremiyeti Boyutu (F1)\u201d, <\/i>\u201c<i>Sa\u011fl\u0131k \u00c7al\u0131\u015fan\u0131 \u0130lgi ve Nezaketi Boyutu (F2)<\/i>\u201d, \u201c<i>Hasta Memnuniyeti Boyutu (F3)<\/i>\u201d, \u201c<i>Servis Hizmetleri Boyutu (F4)<\/i>\u201d, \u201c<i>Hem\u015firelerin Tutumu Boyutu (F5)<\/i>\u201d ve \u201c<i>Hekimlerin Tutumu Boyutu (F6)\u201d <\/i>olmak \u00fczere alt\u0131 fakt\u00f6rl\u00fc bir yap\u0131ya sahip oldu\u011fu belirlendi. \u00d6l\u00e7ekte tersten puanlanan ifade yoktu. Her bir alt boyutun madde da\u011f\u0131l\u0131mlar\u0131 ve puanlama bilgileri a\u015fa\u011f\u0131da sunuldu:<\/p>\n<p class=\"p7\">Sekiz maddeden (33, 34, 35, 37, 38, 39, 40 ve 41 numaral\u0131 ifadeler) olu\u015fan <i>F1<\/i> boyutunda al\u0131nabilecek en d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck puan 8, en y\u00fcksek puan 40\u2019t\u0131r. Puan\u0131n artmas\u0131, hastalar\u0131n mahremiyet konusundaki d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcncelerine sayg\u0131 g\u00f6sterildi\u011fi ve mahremiyetlerinin korundu\u011funu g\u00f6stermektedir.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p7\">Yine sekiz 8 maddeden (12,13,14,15,16,17,18 ve 19 numaral\u0131 ifadeler) olu\u015fan <i>F2 <\/i>boyutunda al\u0131nabilecek en d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck puan 8, en y\u00fcksek puan 40\u2019t\u0131r. Puan\u0131n artmas\u0131, sa\u011fl\u0131k \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131n\u0131n ilgili ve nazik davrand\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 g\u00f6stermektedir.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p7\">On maddeden (27, 28, 29, 30, 31, 32, 36, 42, 43 ve 44 numaral\u0131 ifadeler) olu\u015fan <i>F3<\/i> boyutunda al\u0131nabilecek en d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck puan 10, en y\u00fcksek puan 50\u2019dir. Puan\u0131n artmas\u0131, hastalar\u0131n ald\u0131klar\u0131 hizmetlerden memnun olduklar\u0131n\u0131 g\u00f6stermektedir.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p7\">Alt\u0131 maddeden (1, 2, 3, 4, 7 ve 8 numaral\u0131 ifadeler) olu\u015fan <i>F4<\/i> boyutunda al\u0131nabilecek en d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck puan 6, en y\u00fcksek puan 30\u2019dur. Puan\u0131n artmas\u0131, poliklinik hizmetleri a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan sa\u011fl\u0131k \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131n\u0131n hizmet kalitesinin y\u00fcksek oldu\u011funu g\u00f6stermektedir.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p7\">Yedi maddeden (20, 21, 22, 23, 24, 25 ve 26 numaral\u0131 ifadeler) olu\u015fan F5 boyutunda al\u0131nabilecek en d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck puan 7, en y\u00fcksek puan 35\u2019tir. Puan\u0131n artmas\u0131 hem\u015firelerin hastalara verdikleri hizmet s\u0131ras\u0131nda sergiledikleri olumlu tutum ve davran\u0131\u015flar\u0131 g\u00f6stermektedir.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p7\">\u00dc\u00e7 maddeden (9, 10 ve 11 numaral\u0131 ifadeler) olu\u015fan <i>F6 <\/i>boyutunda en d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck puan 3, en y\u00fcksek puan 15\u2019tir. Puan\u0131n artmas\u0131 hekimlerin hastalara verdikleri sa\u011fl\u0131k hizmetleri s\u0131ras\u0131nda sergiledikleri olumlu tutum ve davran\u0131\u015flar\u0131 g\u00f6stermektedir.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p3\">\u00c7al\u0131\u015fmam\u0131zda geli\u015ftirilen \u00f6l\u00e7ek hastalar\u0131n g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015flerine dayanarak haz\u0131rland\u0131. Literat\u00fcre g\u00f6re \u00fclkemizde hasta haklar\u0131n\u0131 ve memnuniyetini belirlemek i\u00e7in hasta g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015flerine dayanarak geli\u015ftirilen ilk \u00f6l\u00e7ek \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131ndan birisi \u00d6zt\u00fcrk ve arkada\u015flar\u0131 (16) taraf\u0131ndan ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilmi\u015ftir.
