Bakterilerin tan\u0131mlamas\u0131, Vitek2 (bioMerieux) tam otomatik tan\u0131mlama sistemi ve klasik y\u00f6ntemler kullan\u0131larak yap\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Antibiyotik duyarl\u0131l\u0131klar\u0131, disk dif\u00fczyon y\u00f6ntemi ile \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p> <strong>Bulgular<\/strong>: Hastanemizde yatmakta olan hastalardan izole edilmi\u015f 74 S. maltophilia su\u015fu \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmaya al\u0131nm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. \u00c7al\u0131\u015fmaya al\u0131nan su\u015flar\u0131n 36\u2019s\u0131 (%48.6) yo\u011fun bak\u0131m \u00fcnitesinden izole edilmi\u015ftir. Su\u015flar\u0131n 72\u2019si (%97.3) trimetoprim-s\u00fclfametoksazole (TMP-SXT), 67\u2019si (%90.5) siprofloksasine, 61\u2019i (%82.4) tikarsilin-klavunata, 58\u2019i (%78.4) amikasine ve 49\u2019u (%66.2) imipeneme duyarl\u0131 olarak bulunmu\u015ftur.
