Bu nedenle \u00fclkemizde y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fclen Ulusal Kontrol Program\u0131 kapsam\u0131nda \u0130DT kalite kontrol sisteminin kurulmas\u0131 ama\u00e7lanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p> <strong>Y\u00f6ntemler<\/strong>: 2005-2008 y\u0131llar\u0131 aras\u0131nda 16 g\u00f6n\u00fcll\u00fc laboratuvar, iki tur \u015feklinde bir \u00f6n de\u011ferlendirme \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmas\u0131na al\u0131nm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Kat\u0131l\u0131mc\u0131 laboratuvarlara merkezimizden, DS\u00d6 Supranasyonel Referans T\u00fcberk\u00fcloz Laboratuvar\u0131\u2019ndan uygulama onay\u0131 verilen 20 adet su\u015fu i\u00e7eren panel testler g\u00f6nderilmi\u015ftir.<\/p>\n<p> <strong>Bulgular<\/strong>: Laboratuvarlar\u0131n bildirdikleri test sonu\u00e7lar\u0131 DS\u00d6\u2019n\u00fcn \u00f6nerilerine g\u00f6re bir skorlama yap\u0131larak de\u011ferlendirilmi\u015ftir. Streptomisin (SM), izoniazid (INH), rifampisin (RIF) ve etambutol (EMB) i\u00e7in duyarl\u0131l\u0131k, \u00f6zg\u00fcll\u00fck, yeterlilik ve tekrarlanabilirlik a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan 15 laboratuvardan sadece 1\u2019i %100 ba\u015far\u0131 elde etmi\u015ftir. Laboratuvarlardan birinin ise SM, INH ve RIF i\u00e7in de\u011ferleri %100 iken, EMB de\u011ferinin \u2265 %84.6 oldu\u011fu g\u00f6zlenmi\u015ftir. Sadece INH ve RIF i\u00e7in ba\u015far\u0131 oran\u0131 7 laboratuvarda %100, 1 laboratuvarda \u2265%88.8 olarak saptanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Bir laboratuvar 1. turda INH ve RIF i\u00e7in \u2265%60 ba\u015far\u0131 g\u00f6sterirken, 2. turda ise bu oran\u0131 \u2265%75\u2019e y\u00fckseltmi\u015ftir. Bir laboratuvar ise sonu\u00e7lar\u0131n\u0131 merkezimize bildirmemi\u015ftir.<\/p>\n<p> <strong>Sonu\u00e7lar<\/strong>: \u0130DT \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan laboratuvarlar\u0131n test standardizasyonlar\u0131 ve verimliliklerinin \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fclmesi a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan D\u0131\u015f Kalite Kontrol (DKK) uygulamalar\u0131 faydal\u0131d\u0131r.
