Olgular\u0131n serum \u00f6rneklerinde ELISA y\u00f6ntemiyle etkene y\u00f6nelik IgM, IgG antikorlar\u0131 ve IgG A\u0130 ara\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p> <strong>Bulgular<\/strong>: 126 olgunun 40\u2019\u0131nda T. gondii, 53\u2019\u00fcnde CMV, 33\u2019\u00fcnde ise rubella IgG A\u0130 testi yap\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. T. gondii\u2018de 7 olguda, CMV\u2019de 5 olguda, rubellada 1 olguda d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck A\u0130 saptan\u0131rken; y\u00fcksek A\u0130 (&gt;%60), T. gondii, CMV ve rubella i\u00e7in s\u0131ras\u0131yla 29 (%72.5), 45 (%84.9) ve 30 (%90.9) olguda saptanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Her bir infeksiyon etkeniyle ilgili direkt \u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc test istenen toplam 110 olgunun 8 (%7.3)\u2019inde d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck avidite belirlenirken, bunlar\u0131n 2\u2019sinde IgM ve IgG pozitif, 6\u2019s\u0131nda IgM negatif bulunmu\u015ftur. IgG pozitifli\u011fi saptanan 96 (%87.3) olguda ise y\u00fcksek A\u0130 belirlenmi\u015ftir.
