L\u00f6kosit esteraz (LE) ve nitrit testi i\u00e7in Combur 10-Test\u00ae M 100 (Roche Diagnostics GmbH, Mannheim, Almanya) kullan\u0131ld\u0131. \u0130drar \u00f6rneklerini getiren hastalar\u0131n semptomlar\u0131 sorguland\u0131.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p> <strong>Bulgular<\/strong>: Olgular\u0131n 68 (%12.4)\u2019inde \u00fcreme oldu, 24 (%4.4)\u2019\u00fcnde kontaminasyon saptand\u0131 ve 458 (%83.3)\u2019inde \u00fcreme olmad\u0131. Yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmada be\u015fli (semptom, Thoma lam\u0131, Gram boyamas\u0131, LE, nitrit), d\u00f6rtl\u00fc (semptom, Gram boyamas\u0131, LE, nitrit) ve \u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc (semptom, Gram boyamas\u0131, nitrit) parametreleri inceledik. \u00dc\u00e7l\u00fc parametrede 2 ve \u00fczeri puan alan toplam 38 hastan\u0131n hepsinde \u00fcreme oldu.
