Su\u015flar\u0131n tan\u0131mlanmas\u0131 ve antimikrobiyal duyarl\u0131l\u0131k testleri Clinical and Laboratory Standards Institute \u00f6nerilerine g\u00f6re Phoenix 100 (Becton Dickinson Co., Sparks, MD, ABD) otomatize sistemi kullan\u0131larak yap\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p> <strong>Bulgular<\/strong>: Hastalar\u0131n kan \u00f6rneklerinden izole edilen toplam 128 su\u015f \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmaya dahil edildi. Bu su\u015flardan 72 tanesi yo\u011fun bak\u0131m \u00fcnitelerinde, 56 tanesi hastanenin de\u011fi\u015fik servislerinde yatan hastalardan al\u0131nan kan \u00f6rneklerinden izole edildi. Kolistin ve amikasin, diren\u00e7 oran\u0131 en d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck antibiyotikler olarak g\u00f6r\u00fcl\u00fcrken (%1.6), piperasilin-tazobaktam, seftazidim, sefepim imipenem, meropenem, siprofloksasin, levofloksasin, gentamisin ve aztreonam\u0131n diren\u00e7 oranlar\u0131 s\u0131ras\u0131yla %6.3, %19.5, %28.9, %20.3, %20.3, %12.5, %20.3, %7.8, %50.0 olarak saptand\u0131. \u00c7ok ilaca diren\u00e7li P. aeruginosa oran\u0131 %3.9 olarak bulunurken, yo\u011fun bak\u0131m \u00fcnitelerinde bu oran\u0131n %6.9\u2019a y\u00fckseldi\u011fi g\u00f6r\u00fcld\u00fc.<\/p>\n<p> <strong>Sonu\u00e7lar<\/strong>: P. aeruginosa nozokomiyal infeksiyonlarda en \u00f6nemli patojenlerden biridir ve t\u00fcm antibiyotiklere kar\u015f\u0131 artan diren\u00e7 oranlar\u0131n\u0131n gelecekte daha \u00e7ok tedavi ba\u015far\u0131s\u0131zl\u0131\u011f\u0131na neden olaca\u011f\u0131 muhtemeldir.
