Su\u015flar\u0131n idantifikasyonu konvansiyonel y\u00f6ntemler ve VITEK\u00ae 2 (bioM\u00e9rieux, Marcy l\u2019Etoile, Fransa) otomatize sistemi kullan\u0131larak yap\u0131ld\u0131. Kirby-Bauer disk dif\u00fczyon testi kullan\u0131larak Clinical and Laboratory Standards Institute \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fctlerine g\u00f6re karbapeneme diren\u00e7li veya orta duyarl\u0131 bulunan su\u015flara Etest\u00ae (bioM\u00e9rieux, Marcy l\u2019Etoile, Fransa) uygulanarak karbapenemlerin bu su\u015flara kar\u015f\u0131 M\u0130K de\u011ferleri ara\u015ft\u0131r\u0131ld\u0131. Karbapeneme diren\u00e7li oldu\u011fu saptanan su\u015flardaki MBL yap\u0131m\u0131n\u0131 belirlemek \u00fczere, imipenem (4-256 \u03bcg\/ml) ve EDTA ile birlikte imipenem (1-64 \u03bcg\/ml) i\u00e7eren MIC Test Strip\u00ae (Liofilchem, Roseto degli Abruzzi, \u0130talya) MBL \u015feritleri, \u00fcretici firman\u0131n \u00f6nerileri do\u011frultusunda uyguland\u0131.<\/p>\n<p> <strong>Bulgular<\/strong>: \u0130zolasyon b\u00f6lgelerine g\u00f6re toplam 100 Pseudomonas su\u015fundan 37\u2019si trakeal aspirat, 34\u2019\u00fc idrar, 17\u2019si yara s\u00fcr\u00fcnt\u00fcs\u00fc ve apse materyali, 9\u2019u kan, 2\u2019si g\u00f6z s\u00fcr\u00fcnt\u00fcs\u00fc ve 1\u2019i plevra s\u0131v\u0131s\u0131 k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fcnden izole edildi. Su\u015flar\u0131n 99\u2019u Pseudomonas aeruginosa, 1\u2019i P. putida olarak adland\u0131r\u0131ld\u0131. \u0130zole edilen 100 su\u015fun 65\u2019i \u00fc\u00e7 antibiyoti\u011fe birden duyarl\u0131yd\u0131. Su\u015flar\u0131n, 32\u2019si imipeneme, 20\u2019si meropeneme ve 16\u2019s\u0131 doripeneme diren\u00e7li; 2\u2019si meropeneme, 13\u2019\u00fc imipeneme ve 7\u2019si doripeneme orta duyarl\u0131 olarak bulundu. En az bir karbapeneme diren\u00e7 saptanan 33 su\u015ftan 29 (%88)\u2019unda, MBL \u00fcretimi saptand\u0131.<\/p>\n<p> <strong>Sonu\u00e7lar<\/strong>: \u00c7al\u0131\u015fmam\u0131z sonucunda karbapenemlere direncin y\u00fcksek oldu\u011fu ve bunun y\u00fcksek oranda (%88) MBL \u00fcretimiyle ili\u015fkili oldu\u011fu g\u00f6r\u00fclmektedir.
