Toplam 125 g\u00f6n\u00fcll\u00fc veteriner hekim ve veteriner teknisyeni \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmaya dahil edildi. G\u00f6n\u00fcll\u00fc ki\u015filerden anket uygulamas\u0131yla birlikte yakla\u015f\u0131k 10 ml kan al\u0131nd\u0131. T\u00fcm serumlara \u201crose\u201d Bengal testi; test sonucu pozitif saptanan serumlara t\u00fcp agl\u00fctinasyon testi uyguland\u0131. T\u00fcp agl\u00fctinasyon testi sonucu \u22651\/160 titrede saptanan serum \u00f6rnekleri pozitif olarak kabul edildi; 1\/160\u2019\u0131n alt\u0131nda titre veren serumlara Coombs testi uyguland\u0131. Coombs testi sonucu \u22651\/320 titrede saptanan serumlar pozitif kabul edildi.<\/p>\n<p> <strong>Bulgular<\/strong>: Ara\u015ft\u0131rmaya kat\u0131lan 125 ki\u015fiden 3\u2019\u00fcnde Brucella seropozitifli\u011fi tespit edilerek Mu\u011fla ve \u00e7evresinde veteriner hekim ve teknisyenlerinde Brucella seroprevalans\u0131 %2.4 olarak bulundu. Brucella seropozitifli\u011fiyle ya\u015f ve meslekte bulunma s\u00fcresi aras\u0131nda istatistiksel olarak anlaml\u0131 bir ili\u015fki saptanmad\u0131 (p&gt;0.05). Ara\u015ft\u0131rmaya kat\u0131lanlar\u0131n %7.2 (n=9)\u2019si daha \u00f6nce bruselloz nedeniyle tedavi g\u00f6rd\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fc, %8.8 (n=11)\u2019i Brucella a\u015f\u0131s\u0131yla parenteral yaralanmas\u0131, a\u015f\u0131n\u0131n s\u0131\u00e7ramas\u0131 veya mukozal yaralanmas\u0131 oldu\u011funu belirtti.<\/p>\n<p> <strong>Sonu\u00e7lar<\/strong>: Bu \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma Mu\u011fla\u2019da Brucella seropozitiflik oranlar\u0131n\u0131 g\u00f6steren son y\u0131llarda yap\u0131lm\u0131\u015f ilk \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma olmas\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan \u00f6nemlidir.
