Bunlardan 2809 (%24.3)\u2019unda \u00fcreme tespit edilmi\u015ftir. En s\u0131k izole edilen mikroorganizmalar koag\u00fclaz-negatif stafilokoklar (KNS) 1000 (%35.6), Staphylococcus aureus 782 (%27.8) ve Escherichia coli 303 (%10.8) olarak bulunmu\u015ftur. \u00c7al\u0131\u015fmam\u0131zda Staphylococcus spp. i\u00e7in metisilin direnci oran\u0131 %70.1; enterokoklarda vankomisin direnci %3 olarak bulunmu\u015ftur. Enterobacteriaceae t\u00fcrlerine kar\u015f\u0131 en etkili antibiyotikler karbapenem ve amikasin olarak bulunmu\u015ftur. Klebsiella spp.\u2019de 2014 y\u0131l\u0131ndan itibaren karbapenem direnci g\u00f6r\u00fclmeye ba\u015flam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Nonfermentatif bakterilerden Pseudomonas aeruginosa\u2019da imipenem ve meropenem, Acinetobacter baumannii\u2019de ise tigesiklin ve kolistin en etkili antibiyotikler olarak bulunmu\u015ftur.<\/p>\n<p> <strong>Sonu\u00e7lar<\/strong>: Dola\u015f\u0131m sistemi infeksiyonlar\u0131nda etken mikroorganizmalar\u0131n da\u011f\u0131l\u0131m ve antibiyotik duyarl\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131 zaman i\u00e7inde de\u011fi\u015fiklik g\u00f6stermektedir.
