Su\u015flar\u0131n metisilin diren\u00e7leri oksasilin ve sefoksitin disk dif\u00fczyon testiyle belirlendi. Metisilin direnci i\u00e7in MRSA kromojenik agarda kolonilerin \u00fcreyip \u00fcremediklerine bak\u0131ld\u0131. Polimeraz zincir reaksiyonuyla ara\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lan mecA geni varl\u0131\u011f\u0131 alt\u0131n standard test olarak kabul edildi ve di\u011fer sonu\u00e7lar\u0131n duyarl\u0131l\u0131k, \u00f6zg\u00fcll\u00fck, pozitif prediktif de\u011fer (PPD) ve negatif prediktif de\u011fer (NPD)\u2019leri buna g\u00f6re hesapland\u0131.<\/p>\n<p> <strong>Bulgular:<\/strong> Duyarl\u0131l\u0131k, \u00f6zg\u00fcll\u00fck, PPD ve NPD y\u00fczdeleri sefoksitin disk dif\u00fczyon testi i\u00e7in s\u0131ras\u0131yla %98.7, %81.6, %91.7, %96.9; oksasilin disk dif\u00fczyon testi i\u00e7in s\u0131ras\u0131yla %100, %78.9, %90.7, %100; MRSA kromojenik agar 24. saatlik de\u011ferlendirme i\u00e7in s\u0131ras\u0131yla %45.8, %63.2, %70.2, %38.0; 48. saatlik de\u011ferlendirme i\u00e7in s\u0131ras\u0131yla %51.4, %63.2, %72.5, %40.7 idi.<\/p>\n<p> <strong>Sonu\u00e7lar: <\/strong>MRSA sorununun y\u00fcksek oldu\u011fu hastanelerde gerekli \u00f6nlemlerin al\u0131nabilmesi a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan mecA geninin ara\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131 en do\u011fru sonuca ula\u015fmada \u00f6nemlidir. Sefoksitin ve oksasilin disk dif\u00fczyon y\u00f6ntemleri sonu\u00e7lar\u0131 birbirine yak\u0131n bulundu\u011fundan sefoksitin diski olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 durumlarda oksasilinin de bir alternatif olabilece\u011fini d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnmekteyiz.
