Deneylerde ye\u015fil floresan protein eksprese eden bir su\u015f olan P. aeruginosa PAO1 kullan\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p> <strong>Bulgular<\/strong>: P. aeruginosa\u2019n\u0131n KF\u2019li bron\u015fiyal epitele adezyonunun, normal bron\u015fiyal epitele k\u0131yasla azald\u0131\u011f\u0131 ve KF\u2019li bron\u015fiyal epitelde biyofilm olu\u015fturmas\u0131n\u0131n artt\u0131\u011f\u0131 saptanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.
