Bu \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmada hemodiyalize giren hastalarda HBV, HCV ve HIV seroprevalans\u0131n\u0131 belirlemeyi, HBV\u2019ye kar\u015f\u0131 duyarl\u0131 olan hastalar\u0131 tekrar de\u011ferlendirmeyi, izole anti-HBc-pozitif olan hastalar\u0131 belirleyip ok\u00fclt hepatit B a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan taramay\u0131 hedefledik.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Y\u00f6ntemler<\/strong>: Bu retrospektif \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmaya 18 ya\u015f\u0131n \u00fczerinde olan ve hemodiyaliz program\u0131nda yer alan 124 hasta dahil edildi. HBsAg, anti-HBs, anti-HBc total, anti-HCV ve anti-HIV tetkikleri yap\u0131ld\u0131. \u0130zole anti-HBc-pozitif ve anti-HCV-pozitif olanlarda s\u0131ras\u0131yla HBV DNA ve HCV RNA ara\u015ft\u0131r\u0131ld\u0131.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Bulgular<\/strong>: T\u00fcm hastalarda HBsAg ve anti-HIV negatifti. Anti-HBs-negatif ve anti-HBs-pozitif hasta say\u0131s\u0131 s\u0131ras\u0131yla 21 (%16.9) ve 103 (%83.1) idi. Anti-HBc y\u00f6n\u00fcnden hastalar\u0131n 64 (%51.6)&#39;\u00fc negatif, 60 (%48.4)\u2019\u0131 pozitif idi. Anti-HBs-pozitif olanlar\u0131n 50 (%40.3)\u2019sinde anti-HBc antikorlar\u0131 da pozitif bulundu. Bu 50 hastan\u0131n HBV infeksiyonunu ge\u00e7irerek ba\u011f\u0131\u015f\u0131kl\u0131k kazand\u0131\u011f\u0131 kabul edildi. Anti-HBs negatif hastalar\u0131n 10 (%8)&#39;unda anti-HBc antikoru pozitif bulundu. T\u00fcm\u00fcnde HBV DNA negatif olarak bulunan bu hastalar a\u015f\u0131lama program\u0131na al\u0131nd\u0131. Anti-HCV, 120 (%96.8) hastada negatif; 4 (%3.2) hastada pozitifti. Anti-HCV-pozitif hastalar\u0131n hepsinde HCV RNA negatifti.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Sonu\u00e7lar<\/strong>: Hemodiyaliz merkezlerindeki hastalar\u0131n hepatit ve HIV belirte\u00e7leri ara\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lmal\u0131d\u0131r. HBV&#39;ye duyarl\u0131 olarak bulunan hastalar a\u015f\u0131lanmal\u0131 ve gerekli \u00f6nlemler al\u0131nmal\u0131d\u0131r.
