Bu \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmam\u0131zda, karbapenem direnci saptanan A. baumannii su\u015flar\u0131nda g\u00f6zlenen OXA tipi karbapenemaz genlerinin da\u011f\u0131l\u0131m\u0131n\u0131, ger\u00e7ek zamanl\u0131 polimeraz zincir reaksiyonu (PCR) y\u00f6ntemiyle incelemeyi ve epidemiyolojik veri sunmay\u0131 ama\u00e7lad\u0131k.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Y\u00f6ntemler<\/strong>: Ocak 2016-Ocak 2018 aras\u0131nda klinik \u00f6rneklerden izole edilen karbapeneme diren\u00e7li 20 A. baumannii su\u015fu \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmaya dahil edildi. Bu su\u015flardan DNA izolasyonlar\u0131 ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirildi ve OXA-23, OXA-24, OXA-51 ve OXA-58 karbapenemazlar\u0131n\u0131n genlerine spesifik primer ve TaqMan problar\u0131 kullan\u0131larak ger\u00e7ek zamanl\u0131 PCR y\u00f6ntemiyle OXA karbapenemaz genlerinin da\u011f\u0131l\u0131m\u0131 incelendi.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Bulgular<\/strong>: Karbapeneme diren\u00e7li A. baumannii su\u015flar\u0131n\u0131n 16 (%80)\u2019s\u0131n\u0131n duyarl\u0131 oldu\u011fu tigesiklin bu su\u015flara ba\u011fl\u0131 infeksiyonlar i\u00e7in en iyi se\u00e7enekti. T\u00fcm su\u015flarda blaOXA-51 saptan\u0131rken, blaOXA-24 sadece 1 (%5) su\u015fta saptand\u0131. Yirmi su\u015ftan 10 (%50)\u2019unda blaOXA-23 ve blaOXA-51 birlikteli\u011fi vard\u0131.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Sonu\u00e7lar<\/strong>: Karbapeneme diren\u00e7li A. baumannii su\u015flar\u0131ndaki OXA tipi karbapenemazlar\u0131n da\u011f\u0131l\u0131m\u0131nda blaOXA-23 ve blaOXA-51 birlikteli\u011finin daha s\u0131k olmas\u0131 dikkati \u00e7ekmi\u015ftir. Ger\u00e7ek zamanl\u0131 PCR gibi h\u0131zl\u0131 ve g\u00fcvenilir sonu\u00e7 verebilecek tekniklerle, b\u00f6yle diren\u00e7li su\u015flar\u0131n rutin s\u00fcrveyanslar\u0131 yap\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131nda de\u011ferli epidemiyolojik veriler elde edilebilir.
