Bu \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmada, bu hastal\u0131k i\u00e7in endemik olan ilimizdeki KKKA vakalar\u0131n\u0131n epidemiyolojik, laboratuvar ve klinik \u00f6zelliklerinin incelenmesi ama\u00e7lanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Y\u00f6ntemler<\/strong>: Ocak 2010-Ekim 2018 tarihleri aras\u0131nda klini\u011fimize yat\u0131r\u0131larak tedavi edilen 18 ya\u015f \u00fcst\u00fc toplam 71 KKKA olgusunun \u00f6zellikleri retrospektif olarak de\u011ferlendirildi. Hastalara ait ya\u015f, cinsiyet, meslek, ikamet edilen yer gibi demografik veriler, kene temas\u0131 \u00f6yk\u00fcleri, hastal\u0131\u011f\u0131n geli\u015fti\u011fi zaman dilimi (y\u0131l, mevsim, ay), semptomlar, fizik muayene ve hemogram, C-reaktif protein, kreatin kinaz (CK), laktik dehidrogenaz (LDH), \u201cinternational normalized ratio\u201d gibi laboratuvar bulgular\u0131, verilen tedaviler, hastalar\u0131n iyile\u015fme ve mortalite durumlar\u0131, hasta dosyalar\u0131ndan elde edildi.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Bulgular<\/strong>: 71 olgunun ya\u015f ortalamas\u0131 (\u00b1standard sapma) 51\u00b124 y\u0131l, 40 (%56.3)\u2019\u0131 erkekti. Hastalar\u0131n 51 (%71.8)\u2019i \u00e7ift\u00e7ilik ve hayvanc\u0131l\u0131kla u\u011fra\u015fmaktayd\u0131. Olgular\u0131n 44 (%62)\u2019\u00fcnde kene tutunma \u00f6yk\u00fcs\u00fc ve bu ki\u015filerin 32 (%72.8)\u2019sinde kenenin kendisi taraf\u0131ndan \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131lma \u00f6yk\u00fcs\u00fc oldu\u011fu saptand\u0131. Olgular\u0131n 11 (%15.5)\u2019inde bir kene tutunma \u00f6yk\u00fcs\u00fc yoktu. En fazla olgunun Haziran ay\u0131nda (%33.8) ve yaz mevsiminde (%67.6) oldu\u011fu saptand\u0131. En s\u0131k semptom %98.6 oran\u0131ndaki halsizlikti. Di\u011fer en s\u0131k semptomlar aras\u0131nda, kas ve eklem a\u011fr\u0131lar\u0131, ate\u015f ve ba\u015f a\u011fr\u0131s\u0131, bulant\u0131 ve\/veya kusma ve ishal (s\u0131ras\u0131yla %81.7, %78.9, %64.8, %59.2 ve %42.2) vard\u0131. En s\u0131k laboratuvar bulgular\u0131 olarak ise trombositopeni (%95), CK (%74.6), aspartat aminotransferaz ve alanin aminotransferaz d\u00fczeylerinde y\u00fckselme (%72), l\u00f6kopeni (%69), n\u00f6tropeni (%42), LDH d\u00fczeyinde y\u00fckselme (%47.9), protrombin zaman\u0131 (%25.3) ve aktive parsiyel tromboplastin zaman\u0131 uzamas\u0131 (%16.9) saptand\u0131. D\u00f6rt hasta KKKA nedeniyle kaybedildi.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Sonu\u00e7lar<\/strong>: KKKA i\u00e7in endemik olan b\u00f6lgemizde, her ne kadar olgu say\u0131lar\u0131 \u00f6nceki y\u0131llara g\u00f6re azalma g\u00f6sterse de, \u00f6zellikle ilkbahar ve yaz aylar\u0131nda ate\u015f, kas a\u011fr\u0131s\u0131, ba\u015f a\u011fr\u0131s\u0131, trombositopeniyle ba\u015fvuran hastalarda KKKA\u2019n\u0131n dikkate al\u0131nmas\u0131 gerekmektedir.<\/p>\n<p>Klimik Dergisi 2019; 32(3): 275-80.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Cite this article as<\/strong>: Alkan-\u00c7eviker S, G\u00fcnal \u00d6, K\u0131l\u0131\u00e7 SS.
