Kan k\u00fclt\u00fcrleri A\u011fustos 2017-A\u011fustos 2018 aras\u0131nda BacT\/Alert\u00ae 3D (bioM\u00e9rieux, Marcy l\u2019Etoile, Fransa), A\u011fustos 2018-A\u011fustos 2019 aras\u0131nda Render BC128 (Shandong Huifa Electronics Technology Co., Jinan, Shandong, \u00c7in) tam otomatize kan k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fc sistemlerinde yap\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Bakteri idantifikasyonu, konvansiyonel y\u00f6ntemler ve BD Phoenix\u2122 100 (Becton Dickinson Co., Sparks, MD, ABD) otomatize idantifikasyon sistemi kullan\u0131larak yap\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Bakterilerin antibiyotiklere duyarl\u0131l\u0131klar\u0131, \u201cEuropean Committee on Antimicrobial Susceptibility Testing\u201d \u00f6nerileri dikkate al\u0131narak ayn\u0131 otomatize sistemle ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilmi\u015ftir.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Bulgular<\/strong>: \u0130ki y\u0131ll\u0131k s\u00fcre i\u00e7erisinde 20 367 kan k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fc \u00f6rne\u011fi incelenmi\u015f, %22.1\u2019inde \u00fcreme g\u00f6zlenmi\u015ftir. \u0130zole edilen 390 (%8.6) S. aureus su\u015funun 160 (%41.02)\u2019\u0131 metisiline diren\u00e7li S. aureus (MRSA), 230 (%8.98)\u2019u metisiline duyarl\u0131 S. aureus (MSSA) olarak belirlenmi\u015ftir. Vankomisin, teikoplanin, daptomisin, linezolid, kinupristin-dalfopristine kar\u015f\u0131 diren\u00e7 saptanmam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. MSSA su\u015flar\u0131nda kotrimoksazol (SXT)\u2019e hi\u00e7 diren\u00e7 saptanmazken, bu su\u015flara kar\u015f\u0131 klindamisin, aminoglikozidler ve fusidik asidin olduk\u00e7a etkin oldu\u011fu, di\u011fer antibiyotiklerin ise %10-57 aral\u0131\u011f\u0131nda de\u011fi\u015fen diren\u00e7 oranlar\u0131na sahip oldu\u011fu g\u00f6zlenmi\u015ftir. MRSA su\u015flar\u0131na kar\u015f\u0131 SXT diren\u00e7 oran\u0131 %3.1 iken, denenen di\u011fer antibiyotiklerin diren\u00e7 oranlar\u0131 ise %43-91 aral\u0131\u011f\u0131nda de\u011fi\u015fkenlik g\u00f6stermi\u015ftir.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Sonu\u00e7lar<\/strong>: Kontrols\u00fcz antibiyotik kullan\u0131m\u0131 diren\u00e7 geli\u015fimini art\u0131rmaktad\u0131r.
