The increase in colony size aids for distinguishing the slow growing black yeast from all the other filamentous fungi.<\/p>\n<p> \u00a0<\/p>\n<p> <span lang=\"EN-US\"><strong>Conclusions<\/strong>: Compared to traditional rose-Bengal chloramphenicol agar, R-PDA chloramphenicol agar is superior to isolate Exophiala dermatitidis among other fast growing filamentous fungi which are present in the environment samples.<\/p>\n<p> \u00a0<\/p>\n<p> <span lang=\"EN-US\"><strong>Cite this article as<\/strong>: Jayaram M, Nagao H.
